Wow! Where do I start, so many great reasons to go with this company! After working in the same building for 26 years, we decided to move our company to an office building. We called Andy at Modern Telecom Consulting, right from the get go he asked all the right questions and more, to make certain we would transition smoothly. He even went further to address concerns that we had not even thought of! Internet, fax, computer network, updated phones, and the logistics of installation of it all. Modern Telecom Consultings team came onsite to our new location even before we moved in, to make certain exactly of what would be needed, and a good thing, as we had no wiring in our new offices, some offices were quite far away from each other. No problem for their team! Andy coordinated everything between installation of our new phones, computer network, and internet. Pure Magic! Everything worked flawlessly from the very first day and still going strong 6 months later! Although we have not needed to call Modern Telecom for tech help, Andy calls or emails us just to make for certain we are doing well.
