I have been working out at Snap for over 2 years now, and I love it. I have never had a complaint about the facility, especially under the recent new ownership. Clean facility with good people, and great owners. Would recommend Snap to anyone looming for a gym in the area.

I have been working out at this gym for 4 years and I absolutely love it. Very clean, the staff and owners are super nice and professional. They are really good about working with peoples needs and answering any questions. And the people who workout at Snap are all super kind and helpful, overall a great environment!

Love this gym! Everyone is always friendly. Front desk is awesome. And people clean up after themselves! Welcoming environment. Had a membership under old management at the old location and it was just an uncomfortable atmosphere. Love everything about this place now, so glad I got my membership!! Would highly recommend!

Went to this gym for 2-3 months, loved the machines, environment, key card access on off hours. And here comes the sarcasm.... I also love the fact of if you ever call the phone here even during hours you get ZERO response.. I tried to reach out 12... yes 12. Times. Within a 4 hr span during the middle of the day concerning a misc charge added to my card. And on that note my third favorite thing about this gym is the charges they throw in to cancel. Almost makes you not want to cancel once you realize you’re being charged over $100 to leave. Will not be returning and will warn any others in the future.

Always a clean facility! The new owners are very knowledgeable and are doing very well at maintaining and updating gym ! All in all great people, with a great atmosphere! By far the most comfortable gym atmosphere I’ve ever encountered!

I have been a member of this gym for almost a year now. It is an all around awesome gym. AMAZING owners. Super friendly staff. Clean & Safe!!! The trainers, programs, classes ect they offer are all great as well! 24 hours is ALWAYS a plus. Great job by the new owners.

Required 30 days of notice to cancel my membership. If you read the fine print of your contract this is left open ended and 30 days is not specified, it also says that you must send a letter of notice of cancelation. Basically there are a lot of ridiculous terms in the contract to make it hard to cancel so they can continuing billing you. I went in twice to try to cancel, the first time I was told the owner wasnt their and the second time they took down my name and said they would let the owner know I was canceling. Never received any confirmation of my cancellation after that and then continued to be billed.

Huge improvement since the new owners Kim and Brian took over, the place is always clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been to 20 plus gyms and by far the best atmosphere . All of the trainers are amazing and extremely motivated to help you reach your goal.

Personally know the owners, honest and caring people!! Kim and Brian really look out for their customers and make sure everyone is taken care of better than most owners, love them and their commitment. The gym itself is always very clean and well kept, thanks so much for having such a great space available!

These are two of the hardest working business owners I’ve ever meet and some of the best people I know around. I would highly recommend their gym to anyone. A perfect location with easy parking. Great selection of equipment, clean environment and great staff!

It says its 35 dollars a month. But, when you go to sign up your first payment is over 160 dollars? Seems to be some pretty deceptive marketing IMO.

Snap fitness exceeds expectations when it come to a gym! Brian and Kim have done an amazing job at keeping Snap amazing especially through a pandemic! If you are looking for a gym in Medina I would highly recommend you check out Snap! Great prices, clean facility and a great crowd!

Today I sought out the highest rated gym in Medina and was not disappointed. Incredibly clean facilities and friendly staff greeted me at Snap Fitness. Serge was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get me situated for a super cheap day pass that I made good use of. I loved this place and got a great workout in. I don’t live here, but I come down pretty frequently and I’ve found my new home away from home gym. Thanks Snap!

Amazing equipment!! I am into bodybuilding and the setup they have is prefect. Love the capability to use chalk whenever i need to. Great to have a dead lift platform, where i can lift heavy weight! And the GYM is ALWAYS CLEAN :)

I have been to quite a few of the gyms in Medina and Snap Fitness is by far the best of them all. The equipment is great, the staff is very friendly and they keep the place looking like new. The selection of equipment is excellent. A great place to work out whether you are just getting started or are a regular. I highly recommend Snap Fitness for any fitness level!

Everyone at Snap Fitness is so nice. Whether it’s the owner/management, or other members, they make you feel very welcome. When I come during staffed hours I am always greeted. The facility is super clean and it has all the equipment I need for a great workout!

Snap fitness was beautifully remodeled, loved my first experience from the time I walked in. The new management led me step by step to see what goals I had and how I can achieve them in their gym. You can tell what they are doing there is for the better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Nice facility with great staff. They train seriously at their own gym and understand what it takes to have a solid environment with fresh, clean equipment. Nothing but good things to say.

We have silver sneakers card and use Snap Fitness for work outs. Great place to be and very clean. Equipment is state of the art and easy to use.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, multiple squat racks, actual deadlift platform, they provide chalk for use, main gym is kept a little warmer easy to get a great sweat going but theres an cooler area adjacent to it, wide variety of equipment. Will definitely sign up here once my rec membership is up.

This facility is kept clean as a whistle by a dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable staff...there are plenty of machines for any fitness enthusiasts use...the clientele is wonderful as well

Like this location because its usually not busy, you let yourself in with a magnetic key and do your thing and go. Less distractions and people!

Snap Fitness Medina, although not the largest, is by a wide margin the best Snap Fitness I’ve ever been to in regards to available equipment, staff friendliness, and overall quality. I suggest it to everybody.
