My 17 year old son joined in June with the hopes of shedding some weight and gaining strength. In 4 months of just 2 workouts a week, he is down 40 pounds and gained muscle. He looks fabulous and my wife and I could not be happier with how this is going! The results exceeded our expectations and we are thinking we need this now too.

Great place with great people! I haven’t worked out in years and I have been able to build muscle and be at the weight I want to. The staff is very knowledgeable and tells you what you need to do. Having that personal trainer right by you pushing you is so much more motivating and makes you feel accomplished, yet there is no pressure. I feel better than I have in years and just want to thank the entire staff from top to bottom and we just renewed for another year!

I love this place! It’s my first time working with trainers and I absolutely love it. I have been with them for 4 months and have already lost 20lbs. The program is great for busy people. I’m a mom of 2 that works and going in twice a week for 20 minute sessions is perfect. Other than the workouts you also track your calories and water which is easy to do. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they make the workouts fun. Along with all of this the price is great! Totally worth every penny!

I really enjoy working out here. It appealed to me that the sessions are manageable and work easily into my schedule. My primary interest is in the strength training. They are so encouraging, supportive and help me to go beyond what I perceive to be my limitations. They are very knowledgeable about nutrition which helps me gain the most benefit for building muscle and staying in a healthy weight range. They make it fun. I highly recommend My Personal Trainer!

I have been going to My Personal Trainer since January 2021 and I’m glad I made that commitment. The trainers right from the start were professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoy and appreciate the one to one time with a trainer to push me to my limits. Heath, Lee, and Logan have helped me with my daily nutrition as well. If you are looking for a place to gain motivation, confidence, and strength I highly recommend My Personal Trainer!

I have been going to My Personal Trainer for three years now. I have seen great results even with an injury. They are very knowledgeable about every aspect of health and fitness. I look forward to my workouts because we have a lot of fun as well. Highly recommend!!

Heath, Logan and the trainers are really good at what they do. They make working out fun by being very personable and keeping things light. Although I think sometimes they forget how to count, they tell you one more and it ends up being 2 to 3 more. Give them a try if you want to lose the weight.

Heath, Lee and Kayla have made for a great experience here at My Personal Trainer. They are very professional and really care about your diet and keeping you fit. I wouldnt go any other place because I know I wouldnt receive this quality of training. Highly recommended.

After years of a love/hate relationship with a typical gym MPT has been the best decision I’ve made when it comes to fitness. At my age I knew I needed a consistent strength training routine, I just didn’t know how to go about it effectively. Now I have the guidance and support of an experienced trainer who leads me through a workout customized to my goals/abilities one-on-one. What do I like most? It’s only 20 minutes twice a week; I’ve not only lost weight and inches but gained muscle I never knew I had; and each one of the trainers is supportive, helpful and really invested in my success. The fact that it’s a small, personal setting is an added bonus. I’ve been a client for over a year and could not be happier with my experience and results. Wherever you are on your fitness and health journey I highly recommend MPT!

Sarcopenia is a thing. But thanks to the coaching and accountability I get at My Personal Trainer, I am the strongest I have ever been. Getting older does not mean that you have to be weaker. My workouts are challenging, and making a difference. Now I joke that I have become an athlete of aging. except, its not a joke.

Who would have ever thought that working out only twice a week and following recommendations for healthy eating could make such a difference!!!! The accountability and the consistency make all the difference and the ENTIRE team make it fun!!!!

After years and years of yo-yoing and trying to figure it out on my own, I finally decided to look for a professional. What attracted me to My Personal Trainer was the one on one attention I would ge, not working out in a crowded gym. I was skeptical about not doing any traditional cardio, but also welcomed that fact because my joints tend to ache. I have over 100lbs to lose and figured it cant hurt to try.What I didnt anticipate is just HOW AMAZING I felt after just 3-4 sessions! The energy i felt shocked me! Not only that, but my joints stopped aching as much, I was standing longer, walking further, and just having more energy in general!! After just 7 sessions i dropped 11 lbs. To top it off, the trainers are SO WONDERFUL!! They are kind and encouraging! No judgements at all. They truly do want to help you meet your goals. It really only takes 20 minutes, 2 times a week. I wish I would have done this sooner!!! Ive done zumba, treadmills, bikes, you name it, NOTHING has impacted me like weight training. Im a believer for life! Call them today, dont wait to feel good!
