They arent out of business, but they should be. Their shop is unusable at the moment (not an issue for me) so I took my jeep to their house. I had to wait a very long time to get my car detailing service because I had booked the living social coupon. The woman was rude and distasteful on the phone. When the day arrived for my service, she tried to reschedule due to a 10% chance of rain, but I refused and said I would take my chances. When I arrived, the man complained that my carpet was the kind thats hard to vacuum and walked around looking disgusted. He did not want to clean my jeep (which by the way, wasnt crazy dirty or anything, just normal not-been-washed-in-a-few-months-dirty). He suggested I should pay more. At that point, the woman said I booked the wrong service. I should have booked the SUV and pickup truck service and that I obviously didnt read the fine print. In fact, I did read the fine print and there was no mention of jeeps. Since my un-extended wrangler is smaller than a Honda Fit or other sedan, I booked the sedan. She was rude, uneducated, and insisted I was at fault. She even got in my face with a groupon ad (also, did not make any specification for jeeps). Eventually, I just had to leave and ask living social for a refund. Companies should not offer coupon deals if they dont want to fulfill the obligations. The kicker is that the only difference in service was $30 and had they been reasonable, I would have paid the $30 extra. Instead, they chose to insult me, argue, and accuse me of trying to cheat them. Its clear they did not want to fulfill the deal. I could even sense that on the phone when I first called them.
They are out of business after booking 3 months in advance off a groupon sale.
