Concept has helped my company with CRM implementation, training, and integration. The team that I have worked with were professional, prompt and were able to work through our many issues. I just contracted them to do ad-hoc CRM training for new employees.

Concept truly provides the opportunity, but its up to you what you do with it! I worked here over 2 years, experienced both the good and bad. Family is nice, co-workers were nice as well. The material handling accounts were nice, as cold calling seemed to work well for that industry. But on the other hand, some accounts were just about impossible to generate leads on, leading me to quit. Many people were fired at the drop of a hat. Its cold calling, and Im sure few people dream of a career in that. And I dont see the value in hiring an outside company like CS, when it can be done in -house for much less.

Didnt get the projected ROI on my B2B investments whatsoever. My assigned BDM kept changing. They seem to have a serious issue with turnover. Poor communication within and throughout the entire organization. Look elsewhere for a more posh and established company to hire.

I have nothing good to say about this place. I feel it is poorly run and favoritism is clearly an issue that for some reason isn’t being worked on. I thought I would have liked it, but wasn’t even given a chance to get on the floor and work on calls more. Overall, don’t waste your time working for them, the turnover rate is excessive because of poor management, and there is a lack of communication which makes working there 100x harder. Don’t give them the time of day, client or employee.

I don’t even know what to say about this company. I worked there for 1.5 days, and was fired, the reasoning is that I wasn’t professional but they had no answer when I asked how, nor would they answer my phone call when told that I could call for any questions. Another was that I wasn’t getting it after 1.5 days of a 14 day training, I was not given a chance and feel that I was treated wrong in many ways.
Highly unethical and fly-by-night business practices, both clients and employees at any level are disposal. Seek employment and business partnerships elsewhere as you will soon be grossly disappointed. Far too much baseless nepotism and favoritism. Zero transparency for clientele and employees. No loyalty to employees or performance recognition. Support staff produces at a minimum and are unsupportive. Struggling greatly with both customer and employee retention since COVID hit which is now why they do not offer competitive pay, annual reviews, guaranteed raises or bonuses. They also reduced their healthcare coverage.I would not be surprised when some of these other reviews are updated, especially since one of these people was unjustly fired and another forced to quit.
