I got my golf cart stuck in a sludge pit in the backyard. Called Heidis Towing and they came out in 15 minutes. Both Genes were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my cart out of the pit in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them for any towing needs. I will definitely be calling them if I need help. Thanks for the help!

Gene made one of the worst nights not so bad. I couldn’t imagine what we would’ve done had he not showed up to help me. On personal time Gene went all the way back to his house to get his truck and help me out. After a pain of trying to get my lug nuts off because they swelled, we were finally able to get the spare onto my car and go home. 2 hours worth of a flat tire is not fun. But it would’ve been significantly longer had Gene not been there to help. Genes card will be kept in my car at all times.Thank you again!!!

I own a local trucking company and on many occasions they need jumped after sitting in the lot. I live in Dayton Ohio but my trucks are located in Medina so its not feasible for me to get them jumped in a timely manner. I had been using another repair company that offered mobile service for my jump starts. Someone recommended Heidis Towing to me so when I needed a truck jumped I gave them a call. Not only were they quicker than the previous company they were quite a bit cheaper too. Since we have started using them we have used their services a few times. Always professional, courteous and on time. When they say they will be there they will be there. My only regret is that I didnt start using them sooner. If you need a tow, jump start or any other service they offer I have dont think you can go wrong with them. I highly recommend them. And Ill be sure to pass the word along to the other contractors that we work with if they need the same services.

They helped me out of a ditch on I-71 soon after I called. They let me warm up in their truck and drove me to the local Bob Evans. They offered to buy me a meal and they let me eat with them. Some of the friendliest and nicest people I have ever met. I would highly recommend!

Stuck on the side of I-71, they came quickly and were able to tow to our garage 60 minutes away. They were extremely helpful, personable, and professional. They wouldnt leave us until our other ride arrived and let us stay warm in their truck. I highly recommend this company.

You pay for what you get. 24 hour service with Extreamly Fast response time got to me in 35 min. They charge $135 per tow plus tax doesnt matter how far cause its a extra $3 every single mile towed. Paid with credit card with a card reader adding a $10 card fee. Bringing my total to $238.05 for a 26 mile 1 hour tow. Thank you again.

Geno and Geno Jr were the best, called actually not for a vehicle to be towed but for help loading a standby generator and they were all for helping anything they needed to do. Called and they came in 20 minutes fast friendly professional. If you need anything towed or rigged up call these guys! The best hands down

They were so helpfull. We didnt know how we were going to handle the whole situation but they helped from moment we called them. They took great care of our car and got all of us home quickly. We strongly suggest them if you ever have auto problems of heaven forbid are involved in an auto accident like we were.

I was mowing my front yard. I went to mow the back yard. My tractor got stuck. Used my SUV to push it out. Tractor out, SUV buried in mud. Gene from Heidis Towing was sent out. At 9:30 P.M.! This company goes above and beyond. Very helpful and courteous. I was stuck in a grocery parking lot with 4 kids in the car and $300 worth of groceries in my trunk when I noticed my car had a completely flat tire. They headed out immediately and fixed it right up. Excellent service!

Extremely nice people, the kind who smile even though they just got called out at 11 pm. Made light of bad situation and even got tshirts! Which at first I was like eh theyll probably only give extra larges... But, actually they had all sizes ( preshrunk and soft) So I mean if you have to get stuck in a cemetery while trying to turn your car around and have a cop come ( luckily a very nice officer who was very helpful).... HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone. I was treated very disrespectful and heavily overcharged. They towed my car ONE MILE and stored it for sixteen hours. When I called to retrieve my vehicle, the person I spoke to on the phone - whom I believe to be the owner/operator - was extremely rude and informed me that my bill came to $193.00 !!

I just had a disaster of a day....I had a towing company come out and TRY to put my F150 Supercrew on a flat bed..I knew i was in trouble when the person who arrived was complaining about my situation...45 minutes later he is still trying to put it on the flat bed....98% on then SNAP...my F150 Supercrew truck is out of control rolling backwards ...nothing to stop it..... the cable broke...I am in shock..........the person left...... I then called with Ford roadside service Again.....I got the message and that Heidis towing is coming I called them and told them about the situation/disaster ... Gene from Heidis Towing was calm personable and said no problem..... we will take of of you.... 18 minutes later Gene comes with his son...Gene JR... they were professional, organize, fast...... and 5 minutes later my truck was on the flat bed and they were ready to take to the dealership.....
