We had a very good experience with our stay w these folks. They inherited us as tenants and the change in landlords was pretty much seemless. After acquiring the house TRURIDGE made many improvements to the property. They also took over the exterior maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, etc. which made my life much easier. There weren’t many problems in the couple years after they took over, but any problem was taken care of ASAP. Craig was always a pleasure to deal with. I want to, ha, but I can’t really think of anything bad to say about them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We rented a townhouse from Truridge and it was amazing! From showing us multiple places, keeping in contact, getting our application accepted and making the move in process a breeze, I couldn’t be more thankful. With covid this year we ended up terminating our lease early and Craig was so helpful in finding us a solution. He worked with us and was proactive in our time of need. They were very understanding and helpful when we needed it the most. Besides management being great, their properties are also so wonderful! They do routine maintenance and if you have a problem they are on it asap. Communication is great and I truly don’t have a negative thing to say about them. I have been a tenant for almost 4 years and I must say, I am lucky to have the best landlord and neighbors that anyone could wish for. Craig has been consistently updating our units, the property is well cared for year round and he handles maintenance requests right away. He also is kind and considerate on a personal level as well. Additionally, I am impressed with his talents for selecting such excellent tenants, my neighbors are outstanding. Thank you Craig for all you do!

Craig who represents Skywater Properties has been the BEST, most PROFESSIONAL, FLEXIBLE, UNDERSTANDING, well ABOVE the AVERAGE and OUTSTANDING landlord my husband and I have ever had the privilege to work with. First off we are military, 24 years USMC and that alone has it challenges. However, calling Craig on a Monday frantic that I had no place to live, he put all my fears to bed. Craig not only made things simple he went above and beyond to FaceTime me the actual beautiful home I am in now, with no ISSUES! I have to say our place was so much nicer in person than when he FaceTimed it. It was clean, bright, and was exactly what my family needed. Even the yard was perfect for our Pug! The best part of this new friendship was all of the transactions (lease signing, arranging of getting the house keys and so many other things) took place while I still resided in VA.
