I have lived here for seven years and I’m running like there’s no tomorrow! The lease states that management and maintenance are on site, but that’s a lie. They go through landscaping companies like none I’ve ever seen before, and the place is always in need of the grass being cut or other landscaping needs. I usually would fix things myself that needed repaired, but when I had finally had enough and decided not to do that, it would take months to get something fixed. When and if repairs would get done it would take forever, and it was a terrible job! Management seems to be here only part time, and even when she’s here she won’t answer the phone or answer the door. My rent is continuously raised every year due to “market value”, but these apartments are well below market value. They will nickel and dime you to death. I would rather live in a cardboard box than this dump!

My husband and I couldnt have asked for a better apartment experience than at Carriage Hill Apartments. The apartment manager (Mary) and maintenance staff were always friendly and helpful. Our neighbors were very pleasant to be around and the grounds were always kept up nicely. It was a great place to live and we thank you for the pleasant experience!

I have lived at Carriage Hill Apartments for 11 years and I have to say that the management and maintenance that we have now are awesome and the best ever. I just love Mary and Cody their such friendly and caring people. Makes me happy to live here.

Nice apartments, friendly staff, quiet location. Although we did not decide to live here only because another apartment was a little closer to us, the office workers were very friendly. The apartments were spacious, and while they are older buildings I believe the owners are going to do a great job of keeping them maintained. A great value.

Poor maintenance. Lived there 3 years, snow blows through door in winter, moldings falling down, gutters not hung correctly, water runs into soffit and it rains (pours) behind gutters - even after the gutters were cleaned out. Moldy smell, plumbing fixtures in disrepair. Infested with chipmunks, they have chewed holes in the foundation. Dryer vents never checked, many of them are not hooked up, they just blow into the crawl space.

Dont move here. Sraight out of the 80 s with no updates. Full of mold.
