This staffing service is remarkable! Very nice and professional employees and the manager is fantastic! They excell in matching associates with the job that most fits their skillset. Doing so boosts associate moral which makes for a great work environment.

Loved the experience. Very friendly staff and easy money making opportunities...Edit* I left my review based on friendliness of staff, and how simple it was to initially gain employment. Unfortunately after only working for a few days I came to realize that the branch seriously lacked basic knowledge and failed miserably to protect its employees.

Nancy is not fit for the job she blocked me from jobstack because I spoke over her while having a conversation worst experience ever and Ive worked with multiple people ready locations in socal & las vegas she is the worst ! Hopefully something humbles her power trip .

I have been working here for 3 years and they have keep me busy most of the time. I have had a variety of different jobs some I have liked and others I didnt. It would be helpful if they had hired another person to go out to jobsite that the employees are working at to assess working conditions and job tasks to determine pay rates.

What a joke dont use jobstack cause if Nancy dont like u ur erased and cant retrieve ur info..or fire u off a job ticket if u call in sick..Dont believe everything the say what a sorry as work place smh...wow

Do NOT talk with Nancy she shouldnt be working there I heard she picks favorites and will remove you from job tickets. Nancy needs to be released everyone should make a complaint towards Nancy!

Ive been off of light duty for 2 months and was told that the jobstack app would show what jobs are available, but instead it tells me to call the branch manager and everytime I speak with Alejandra Chacon Nancy she always gives me the same story I will call you back and let me know whats going on and I get nothing, I call the next day and following week same story I will call you back! Eventually I gave up till last week I called again and this time Alyssa answered and said that corporate hasnt got back with them regarding me coming back to full duty and recently got with them again and same story its very frustrating when you have people that work for True Blue People Ready lack communication with there employees. I hope in the future for all who work through them dont go through the same experience as I did. Hopefully I will hear from someone regarding this as I like working for True Blue People Ready but the branch manager needs to communicate with there employees better not give them the run around.I will call you back....nothing...
