This is simply the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked out at state of the art military/college gyms and this place is somehow even better. The fact that the most fit people in the valley workout here is a testament to the equipment and how you’re treated in general. I’ve never made friends with so many random people either! The best part is when they raise the garage doors and let in a breeze. The far side of the gym has the best views especially at sunset. I know this sounds like a love letter to my gym and that’s because it is. Thanks Urban. 🙏🏼

The best gym I’ve ever been to. I’m visiting from CA and needed a gym to work out at. After driving around for 20 min trying to find a gym that was open and would let me get a day pass. This gym popped up on my google maps. All the equipment was great, service was great.

Best gym in the Southern Oregon, by far. Great equipment, clean gym, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Upstairs is great for cardio, three squat racks and three platforms for power lifting. Plenty of equipment for supplementary workouts and three rows of dumbbells...if you cant find it in here it isnt worth using.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, this is the best gym in Southern Oregon. Urban Fit is for three reasons the best gym in Medford, and I believe all of Southern Oregon.1. Environment — The environment of this gym is great. It’s a true gym, great atmosphere, state of the art brand new equipment, specialized equipment, tons of weight! And IT’S CLEAN. You may be thinking that’s not a big deal, but if you’ve been to some gyms around here sticky floors, dirty showers, and clogged toilets aren’t exactly attractive. Beyond the equipment and physical presence, this gym is filled with palpable passion. Which leads me to number two.2. Community — There is a community of people passionate for the craft of weight training, not only are they passionate, they are also friendly and there to build a community of friends who lift, it’s like the country club all us gym junkies have been waiting our whole lives for. People talk and help each other, giving spots, giving advice, catching up about their lives and genuinely caring for each other. Just last night I was working out close to closing, and Steve Adams (one of the gyms main operators and managers) was cleaning and I asked him for some advice, he took time out of his regimen and gave me about 6 different options on 6 different machines, then demonstrated them, for about 30 minutes. That’s priceless customer service. Beyond that he explained future things they were planning to purchase for what I was asking about. So finally,3. Progression — When you find out there’s a one time $25.00 club fee, don’t be mad. Think about what Urban Fit has done in 8-9 months. From a warehouse to a great small gym, Urban Fit has built an amazing Gym for everyone. Brand new equipment, ample specialized target muscle equipment, a clean and aesthetic environment. So think back to that club fee, a fee for building funds allocated toward expansion. These guys aren’t the type to be satisfied with “good” or “enough” they are professional athletes. Never ceasing. All this to get to a very strong point, they have built an already great gym, and they have major plans to continue expanding. The best gym in Southern Oregon is not enough for them, they want the best gym in Oregon alone. They only plan to grow and succeed beyond, so when you look at that club fee, realize it’s for you, and everyone else in the gym. For an already great gym, to become phenomenal.So if this hasn’t sold you, go workout there. And I promise you’ll love it.

I visit the Medford area frequently and have been on the hunt for a great gym. This is the spot! Staff is super friendly and personable. It was clean and lots of options for all of your workout needs. You can tell they take great pride in their gym. Thank you Urban Fit! Look forward to seeing you next time Im in the area!!

Best gym in Southern Oregon by far. Has all new and top of the line equipment made and designed by some of the best minds in the industry. This isnt basic entry level equipment! Texas Bar, calibrated plates,belt squat, monolift, reversehyper etc! Owners are great and super helpful. I would never train anywhere else!
