I took intro to pole yesterday with Angel and it was so fun. She was encouraging and easy to follow. I went with a friend and we both enjoyed it. neither of us have been active in awhile, but I was pleasantly surprised with what we were capable of doing. the studio felt clean, safe and welcoming.

This is a beautiful place! The owners are so compassionate and really make you feel at home! The classes are brilliantly put together by level to insure the fastes and most quality growth in each individual. From Stretch & Strength to Pole & Silks this place has something for everyone of any level. The hardest part is honestly driving to your first class :) I cant tell you how many lives Ive seen greatly impacted by their experiences in this building. Its a place of power, beauty & love inside & out!
