I love this place! Cheaper than the purple judgement zone and open 24/7. If your afraid of anything like really sweating or a real place to workout instead of a peacock strut farm, might not be the place. But if your just hear to workout and go to work, or home, or whatever... This is the place!

Clean place. Everyone that goes there keeps to themselves, and I really love that upstairs is a pretty quiet place to work out, doesnt get really crowded.I go early in the morning so theres not alot of people, which makes your workout more enjoyable and theres more machines for one to use. I just really wished they would open back up at 2am, as its more of a convenience for some of us to go at that time.Other then that, I would totally recommend Athletic Edge.

It is not clean. Their cancellation policy is also extremely annoying and inconvenient. Service isn’t great either.I usually don’t post reviews, but my experience here was pretty awful and don’t want people to have a similar experience.

I think it is terrible that teenagers are more responsible when it comes to wearing a mask then fully grown adults, Im there 3 times a week with my friends and I swear some people dont even wear masks. 5 stars because I know it isnt the gyms fault that people are stupid

The best gym and membership services. Always expanding and keeping it affordable for members. Olympic weights and some equipment needs some updating but really still the best gym in town, especially for families and athletes.

Athletic Edge is a great gym with lots of equipment and free weights. The recent remodel with a separate upstairs is nice. The only con is that the floor could use more vacuuming and machines could be cleaned a little more often. Thats very minor, though. Cant beat it for the great low monthly membership fee.Staff is extremely friendly, and the personal trainers who operate there are helpful and knowledgeable.

Love this gym! Open 24/7 with your membership key fob. Staffed during the weekdays. Kept clean and tidy. Have a couple different classes you can sign up for, has a turf area for sprints etc. Have an upstairs womens/kids area with smaller weighted machines.

Althletic edge is great for a diverse group of gym goers. Open 24/7 & only $20 a month, its a hard deal to beat. A cardio section with ellipticals, treadmills, & bikes & several TVs for entertainment. Upstairs has changed a bit through the years, it used to be the womans section but is now an open studio type of area with the same machines. Plenty of powerlifting equipment & variations made available to members. If you are wanting a gym with basketball courts, sauna, & day care, a membership upgrade is available for their other location the courthouse.

I used to go to athletic edge, and chose to leave for a facility with better equipment, and a slightly better price. When I told the staff I was leaving, they all said the same thing. Youll be back!. And damned if they werent right. I miss athletic edge so much. The facility is cleaned regularly. The people are kind to eachother (for the most part), and the staff are excellent and willing to help. When I left, my new gym immediately took advantage of me and my gym partner, getting us to commit for 2 years, cash up front, under completely false pretenses. At this point I am stuck for another year and a half. But at a.e. I was charged a flat 20 a month, and signing up was easy, as well as cancelling being a breeze. Dont get caught up by the sparkle of the bigger gyms. This place has heart, and its worth every penny.

Reminds me of a large city hole in the wall gym. Only problem is its not a large city and the equipment just seems super dated.

I enjoy this gym for the 24hr access, barbell equipment for Olympic weightlifting, and cost. You cant beat it anywhere in town for that combination.

This gym is perfect for all your needs. membership is only $20 a month with no contract and no sign up fee. only an extra $10 to activate your keyfob on first visit. they have great helpful staff members and the other gym members are also helpful. they do have 2 showers and 24 hour access to gym so you can fit your work out in on a schedule that works for you. thanks to Athletic Edge i was able to kick start my weight loss journey and im closer to my fitness goals.

Cheap. Does not honor veterans. Staff was pushy and beat around the Bush with prices. I have had issues with them in the past as well.

This as well as all of its affiliates are nothing more than a racket. They lure people in with decent pricing, but neglect to tell anyone they consistently switch programs to ensure people pay a higher cost in late fees that are non negotiable!!! This place and all of its other partner stores are nothing more than a money making racket. Do NOT be fooled into this scheming business or any others like it.!!!

Most cost-effective gym membership Ive ever seen, and its month-to-month - so this is a great starter membership, but it is packed in the mornings.

It is a good gym but it has its downsides. My issues are based on the size of the gym. The facility is too small and they waste a lot of decent space with their indoor soccer area. There seems to be a ton of machines but a lack of benches. Whenever I went to the gym ( I mean every time) all the benches were occupied and nearly every piece of equipment was in use. I have picked up a membership with them three times for various reasons. However it wasnt until returning to Medford and picking up a second membership that I realized they were just too full. I cancelled and tried a few months later, no surprise still full. No use in having a membership when you cant work out freely.

Apparently I was being rude and ppl. Were complaining about me . Yet never had any thing like this happen to me before and when I asked to see what I did wrong ...was told it wasnt for me to see that they would decide if I could stay or not....after the fifth time having her warn me I told her i didnt didnt have time for her games...i told them to keep the 20 dollars. Wasnt worth the problems. Gym is full of overweight ppl. And elderly ppl. Dont join if your actually into weight training.
