Got all my data from my broken phone!! Cant replace the pictures and videos.

I went in to get a replacement for my S7 screen. They did not have a white screen replacement, so I agreed to go with gold. After I went to pick up my phone the cashier told me she broke my back cover so she replaced it with the gold back, free of charge. Which is fine, but I really liked my original white back cover.As I was checking my phone I notice my home button was really loose (I went in with my phone no scratch, clean like new, and the home button was not loose), so I asked her and she went to asked the technician about it. He said to leave it there another hour and he will check it out, which I do not understand, if he putted the phone back together shouldnt he have realized it was loose??? So I left and went back to pick it up, it was still loose. They said it maybe because my phone is a refurbish phone and it may not be the original part to it therefore is the reason why my button became loose? Which I do not understand. The technician also said he tried to use adhesive glue to glue it down, but it didnt work. My new screen right now actually has a tiny spot on the left corner, looks like adhesive glue that went through to the LED screen, I saw it at the store, but I did not want to stay there any longer, so I just paid and left.$200, I could have just bought a new phone instead of replacing the screen. I was actually really debating on this, but based on their reviews I decided to take a chance and just replaced my screen, but clearly that was not the right choice.I felt that the technician was not very professional and not friendly at all. The cashier that helped me was really nice. Thank you, she was probably the best thing about this experience.***its been 3 days since I fixed my phone and been experiencing slowness in my phone, which I did not have a problem with before.

Knowledgeable staff kind of expensive overall didnt get what I was after but there was a really cute pregnant lady in there

I scheduled, dropped off, and picked up my perfectly repaired S8 plus in a total of about 3 hours. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great service. Staff was promptly available and helpful. They changed out my battery on an iPhone and I also was able to pick up a great deal on LED dimmable bulbs. Very pleased.

I was taken care of when i asked to replace the battery in my I phone.took about 20 minutes and didnt loose data or anything on my phone. Battery Plus is where I go to replace any battery i own. Keep up the good work!!

I had the battery replaced in my iPad Air, I was pleasantly surprised they had the battery in stock and they were able to get it back to me the next morning. I thought since I was leaving it with them on a Friday afternoon I wouldn’t see it until the next week sometime, the quality of work was very good.

Not happy. Screen repair was OK, but took much longer than promised. It took me three visits to get it back. Then, at home I tried to make a call...NO SIM CARD! I called (using my wifes phone) and they told me they dont remove sim cards. I told them it was in the phone when I dropped it off. Again, we dont remove sim cards. So Im a liar. I said the counter guy used my phone to call the store phone to verify it worked. Only then did he bother to ask the tech, who said he did remove it and it was there. So I had to drive back again. A 4th trip for one repair.It wasnt so much the screw up...things happen. It was the fact that I felt I was being called a liar and I was trying to pull a fast one. Before arguing with me, the FIRST thing he should have done was to check with the technician. Very poor customer service.Im sure it was not a common occurrence, but it was handled very poorly.

Did not like it no pros in there about phonnes except one guy and then i with a broken phone and it wokred fine and now it wont even turn on and still made me pay 20 for a broken screen that they broke and tryied saying it was somthing else when it clearly wasnt will never ever go there again

Terrible experience. Drove all the way up to medford to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed and the technician gave me back a broken phone after being late on fixing the phone. Never had such a bad experience at a electronics shop.

They replaced the battery in my iPhone 6s. it was defective. so I took it back. then I think they put the old battery back in because it was not holding a charge but I do not have proof of what battery they put back in. finally got a new battery installed in a different store 2 weeks latter.
