I had a great chat with Dave this morning and he was great!!! Thank you Randy to the both of you for being so supportive. I don’t often find Metrologist so open and honest, for the most part the people I have reached out to have looked at me at a threat to there business and not supportive or try to talk over my skill set to make you feel inferior. I did IT for 20 years before starting this chapter in Metrology, it was some what the same. I learned IT by the seat of my pants (no formal education) and like wise for Metrology. The time Dave spent with me this morning was invaluable! I have found if you surround your self with good people you can learn a lot more.Tks Shawn
