Brandon came to my place in Ashland and fixed several problems on my computer that were caused by a guy calling himself an I.T. person with the company I contract for. My computer constantly froze after the new windows 10 update. I myself tried to reinstall windows, which turned into a nightmare of more problems. Brandon picked my computer up,worked on it for several days testing and checking the disk drives and was able to save all my data. Even gave me a list on my desktop of programs I would need to reinstall. He saved me so much agony of trying to start from nothing after having saved data from over 10 years including medical, renting and other personal affairs.

We were having some network issues in our home. I called two other local businesses who claimed to do house calls to fix issues. However, one of those businesses didn’t get back to me and the other said they would get back to me and didn’t.Brandon from Sunrise computing answered my call and set up an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and he discovered the issue in less than an hour. He made a recommendation to correct the problem and we followed it. We haven’t had a problem since. My wifes Apple laptop computer wouldnt boot up so I called Sunrise Computing. Medford Chamber of Commerce referred me there. The owner, Brandon, took in the project and had her back up and running in 24 hours.

My computers motherboard had a few bent pins they tried to fix it but they couldnt the nice thing was they didnt charge me. Would definitely go back:)
