Took my computer Betsy in for overheating & it needed a cleaning. I was a mess to say the least. I panic with anything computer related because I work on it everyday. Jordan and Keith helped me! The BEST, the BEST, the BEST!!!If I moved to California I would ship my computer to them to fix. TRUSTWORTHY.Especially after a nightmare experience where Connecting Point sold me a damaged MacBook as new (scratched right out the box) and tried to charge me $800 to fix it.I took it to these guys and they fixed it for FREE. I went from bring out of pocket $800 to getting a free micro screwdriver so I could open the case to unplug and reply the battery when it acted up.Don’t take your computer anywhere else.

My rose gold MacBook Air had liquid damage, I had spilled juice all over it and it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it to Uppercase solutions and they worked on it diligently until they were able to fix it. The customer service was amazing! The tech stayed on the phone me making sure he was doing everything he could to fix my laptop. They were super nice and friendly. Computer charger was almost torn in half, computer notification came on that computer was almost dead and was like ummm why? Called UpperCASE and they said they should have something in stock. Took my computer and current charger in and they had exactly what I needed. They tested it and was in and out in about 15 min! Would defiantly recommend!

I walked in and explained my PC was shutting off for no reason. I feared it was the power source but after dropping it off within an hour I received a call it was my cooling system and it was easily fixed and replaced. Picked my PC up the next day and its been running great so far! Really would recommend this business for how awesome the staff is and how quickly they resolved the problem. They even cleaned all the dust out of my PC which had been building up in the corners!

Great service. When the cat knocked the coffee into the keyboard my laptop was toast. Keith and Forrest tried their best but alas it beyond hope. There was no charge of the diagnostics and no charge for the attempt to fix it when it was unsuccessful. They gave me great advice on how to save money on a replacement. They are both a pleasure to work with.

We bought a refurbished Dell from UpperCASE at a very reasonable price when the hinge on my old laptop died and I needed to upgrade to Windows 10. They did a quick battery replacement when the sound didnt work, and transferred everything from my old computer at a reasonable price, and Ive been humming along. Something funky happened on the desktop yesterday and Trevan fixed it while we waited with no charge because I had bought the laptop from UpperCASE. A great bunch of very tech savvy guys for those of us who arent.

Really tremendous professionalism and customer service!I brought in an older laptop, expecting an expensive backup/format/configure project. They saved me a ton by taking a more elegant approach.The whole tale was complicated, but the result met my needs, was affordable, and done in a timely manner. I would send anybody there with computer issues.

I emailed UpperCASE about scheduling a time to come in and do some cleaning and repairs on a MacBook Pro. They not only got back to me quickly, but provided me with information about a recall on the model along with the warranty that i didnt know i still had that would allow me to get all the fixes free of charge.This being my first time contacting a repair shop and with limited knowledge about computer repairs - i expected to be on the lookout for being taking of advantage of. Definitely not the case here! Very impressed by the level of service and how much trust can be built by a simple email.

Great service and support!

I took my computer in for a tuneup because it was slow to boot up. It came back even slower and several primary programs were deleted. I spent hours putting them back but it still was not right. Eventually Chris called me to urge me to bring it back as he wanted to be sure I was taken care off. I took it back in and Chris was very helpful and making it right again.

We went to UpperCASE Computer Solutions on a recommendation from someone waiting in the Best Buy Geek Squad line. My daughter’s hard drive was inaccessible and Geek Squad couldnt help. All of her photos and important documents were on that drive. So we went to UpperCASE where a friendly guy took it and said “give me 5 minutes”, went into a back room, and came out with it showing all of her files just fine. It was the end of the day and they didn’t even charge for it! What a relief that was. They have refurbished laptops too.

I have had my laptop for 6 years and its still working great. These guys are the only ones I have work on it and they have kept it going. Super nice guys too.

Extremely impressed by this place. I took my computer in for a tune-up as it was getting old and running much slower. Tony worked on it and did a fantastic job. He didnt just do the standard service and tell me we did the best we could -- oh well but preferred to not give the computer back to me until it were in a condition that he would be pleased using himself. And I am very happy with the computer. $89 for a tune-up was definitely worth it!

So i have to say the whole crew down at uppercase is amazing, went in there looking to upgrade my desktop, they were amazing with their customer support, easily found the most cost efficient upgrades for my computer and helped me get everything squared away. Doc was the person i was working with, he was super friendly and very good at assisting me with what i needed. I recommend anybody who has any questions or needs help with computer problems go down to uppercase and get it taken care of there. definitely worth going in.

Of all places, you get what you pay for but this was different. When someone comes in, low balls everyone else.. yet manages 30+ 5+ reviews on Google? So, I call them.. cheapest estimate, yet highest reviews -- went in, dropped off machine, they fixed it -- and I bring it home -- and it seems to be working great! Id definitely go back for any repairs I dont want to do myself. :)

I brought in my laptop in with all of my files and pictures erased, hoping Uppercase could somehow recover them. They looked at it for a few days, without charging me. They have the customers best interest in mind and will not charge an exorbitant amount of money for looking at your computer. I can not thank Uppercase enough. My computer less then a year old just wouldnt turn on. A virus of course. We took it to them and they kept in contact with us and completely fixed our computer. Made it faster then it was before!! They will have our continued business for a long time!!

Was in many years ago to have a computer cleaned out, they took the laptop HP G72 apart completely cleaned it out Amazing for 25 bucks. that is an amazing price and they were the most friendly place to come into.

Inexpensive accessories, friendly staff, nice open store layout that is clean and modern. I cannot recommend this place enough.I bought an Ethernet cable and prices were comparable to Amazon. Which is a big plus for a small shop.

Wonderful place! Fast and friendly service. Spilled water on my laptop -- it would not even boot up. After some detective work, it was determined that one of the memory card slots did not work. When the card was pulled from that slot, it worked fine! I was not charged anything for the repair.

Highly recommend them. The previous place I had gone to for almost an identical problem charged over $800, spent 4 weeks fixing it, and didnt do a complete fix. Uppercase was great. Not only did they not up-sell me, they cost less than a 3rd of the price. They were done within days. And the repairs were complete and thorough. Friendly and very professional.

My laptop web browser wasnt working, I called and they were super polite, friendly, and helpful. Took my computer in and they cleaned up the viruses as well as did a general file cleanup for a very reasonable price compared to what other computer repair companies were quoting me. I will definitely recommend them to everyone, and take my computer back if it has any more problems in the future.

Recommended by my usual computer guy to replace an overheating motherboard. They went above and beyond. They did not just replace it, they got a new factory motherboard and upgraded it with higher quality connections so that the new one would last longer than the old one. They also gave me tips about cleaning out the vents without messing up the fan system. They even rushed the service for free because I was on a deadline. Great service!

I needed a wifi adapter and some knowledge on my custom build. Staff is nice and friendly, and always knowledgeable.
