This place is top notch, my wife bought me an Alienware gaming computer which I was excited about but knew that alienware was bought by Dell and is now substandard. Anyways, I took back the Alienware and gave this place a shot. They built me a deluxe gaming computer and were very knowledgeable about their product and it gave me a lot of peace of mind. Took a Dell laptop in for screen malfunction. Was informed that screen was dead and hard drive had died, even though drive worked fine prior to being dropped off!Picked up PC, re-inserted hard drive, removed screen bezel and re-attached loose connector - voila, everything works great!!!Was charged $50 for a so called diagnosis fee, when obviously, no diagnosis was performed!!Disappointed. I will never use this shady place again, and strongly suggest you avoid it too!!!

Great business, when I went here I was just looking for a few spacers for my mother board. But it ended up being a huge problem with how old my case was. Looked at cases at best buy and the price of the same case was SIGNIFICANTLY lower at cyber center so it just made sense to buy an upgrade. Id recommend this store for your pc needs. Absolutely amazing service. I needed a new desktop for my home office and after visiting a big box store I decided to stop into Cyber Center. They were able to upgrade one of their in-stock custom builds for a very reasonable price and it is lightning fast. I couldn’t be happier with it.

It was my first time putting a PC together so I didnt really know what I needed besides the graphics card for my games. Now having much more knowledge on computers I now know that I was sold a motherboard that has SATA ports that dont work which is why I was talked into getting an NVME SSD and not having any additional storage. and was sold their last Intel i3 (which is NOT good for a high-end gaming computer which they knew I needed.)Moral of the story is, if youre female and dont know much about PCs, dont go here unless you KNOW EXACTLY what you need in your build. Dont make the same mistake I did. Also, make sure you know how to test everything in your PC to make sure youre not sold a part that doesnt fully work.

Cybercenter finished a build for me last month in just a few days and shipped it to me in California. These guys do excellent work.When I moved to the Bay Area I had a full size tower and it took up way too much space in my small apartment. More than just a retail store, these guys are technicians and know the ins and outs of the stuff they sell. Always a good selection of parts that you cant find at other stores like Walmart or even Best Buy sometimes.

I have been a customer of Cyber Center Computers for over 20 years. Today I had a question and I did not understand their answer. I asked a second time and they got very rude and hung up on me. I called a second time and another employee picked up, knowing that I just called in. He gave me the same answer that I did not understand and he hung up on me as well. Goodbye Cyber Center, you just lost a customer forever and I will tell anybody who needs computer help not to go to Cyber Center.Just because you have more business then usual doesnt allow you to treat customers disrespectful! Hanging up the phone is one of the worst things you can do. I am 69 yrars old, beeing 35 years self-employed and only a few time in all these years has anybody hung up the phone. What a dispicable customer service.

While customer service and knowledge are amazing. As well as the fact they can and will fix almost any on pc or mac. The price mark ups on nearly every product are a real let down and turn off, to an otherwise outstanding pc shop

I came to cyber Center to get a sli Bridge for my 2 graphics cards but instead came out of the shop with a new graphics card. One of the employees named Kevin Brown did an amazing job at explaining everything to me and was very friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs their pc fixed or looking to find pc Components.

I just want to say that I was very satisfied with my first stop at this place. However, my second stop I needed a motherboard. Nice and simple I got my motherboard drove back to Ashland, ops they forgot a key component. Okay called them back, no sorry, nothing, just a “I think I have something here”. I get there again treated like I’m asking them to go out of the way for me and it’s STILL THE WRONG COMPONENT. Now I’m not driving back again and never will but I’m giving you guys 4 out of 5 because my first experience was so good. Came in found a Gigabyte Windforce R7 370 card on the clearance rack and love this card! Bought a Antec case for the spare computer since the old case was falling apart a DYI case for newegg. And everything fit perfectly in it and super clean wire management! Came back and got two Seagate firecuda 1tb hard drives and they double checked the size and made sure they fit our PS4 systems, did have to order them but they were super fast getting there and picked up no problems! So far I have gotten everything I needed from them and great service! Actually heading back to see if they can hook me up with a m.2 ssd hard drive for my computer system next! Oh and I almost forgot the power supply I had installed in my system was to small for the Gigabyte windforce card so they had a semi modular Corsair 550w in stock on the shelf and very reasonable! I got it for the same I would online and very happy with everything. If you need parts for custom builds or just upgrades I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
