Excellent Service! There was a problem with the initial part for my Lenovo laptop repair and they went out of their way to get a replacement over night and then complete the repair in record time the next day. Clear and accurate communication at each step of the process. I would definitely use HiQ Computers if I ever need service again.

Arrived in last minute for my battery replace appointment and another walk-in customer almost took my spot. Got my Macbook Pro battery replaced and full tested in 20 minutes. Looks they are very busy with walk-in customers. Luck I booked my appointment or will need to wait for those walk-in customers who in front of me. Quick, professional and nice service. Thanks

I showed up 5 minutes after the appointment time and I was informed that because of that I would have to wait 2 hours for a 20 minute repair to be done. Terrible customer service. Don’t get stuck in traffic.

Called to get my computer fixed. the person on the phone was very blunt and not polite at all. I was then hung up on without any sort of regards. poor poor customer service.

Had an easy experience repairing a Lenovo laptop under warranty. Even though they did try to scare me into sending it directly to Lenovo claiming parts are on back order and it might take a long while to repair, it was eventually ready I a few days to my great satisfaction.

My experience with HIQ on repair of an older Lenovo laptop was excellent. They are expert, fast, and cheaper than the one alternative that I checked into. Lenovo also highlights them above other Boston area service centers for quality.
