Carpet Cleaning Bros was scheduled to clean our carpets late in the afternoon, but was able to fit us in earlier in the day. Their technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and brought our tired carpets back to life. We will definitely use Carpet Cleaning Bros again in the future!!

I had a dog related emergency and they got me scheduled for in less than 24 hours! I’m always skeptical bc I’ve cleaned them myself with rented equipment and have never been satisfied. The difference is amazing! I can’t believe how clean the carpets are. 3 dogs (2 puppies - what was I thinking) have wreaked havoc on the cream colored carpet. I can’t say how pleased I am with the customer service, the attentiveness and the quality job. Highly recommend!

They did a good job cleaning the carpet, but after that it just never ends. Texts, emails, and now snail mail. If you want to be pestered 2,3, or 4 times a day then choose them for a cleaning.

I contacted Carpet Bros after several negative experiences with other companies in the valley.Tom was especially conscious about my sensitivity to pet odors and other strong scents.My dog has incontinence issues, and Tom found all of the spots in my great room and hallway, some of which were microscopic. He used a black light to locate all of the affected areas.I was also pleased with how my Karastan area rug was carefully cleaned, and looks restored with the brightness of colors.I would not hesitate to call Carpet Bros again, and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

My home & all my possessions were destroyed in the Almeda Fire and someone donated some furniture and rugs to us. The donated items were very dirty and Carpet Cleaning Bros came out to the place were are temporarily staying and donated their time and supplies to clean it all. Tom was fantastic. He runs an incredibly efficient and professional service. After years of “the other guys” we were ready for a real great clean - and our experience with Carpet Bros was definitely worth the 5 stars. Sure, you can find a (very slightly) less expensive option, but you’ll definitely not end up getting what you pay for. With carpet bros the couple extra $ (it’s still a very fair price) goes a loooong way and I know from experience the difference!

Owner didnt show for his scheduled appointment with me. I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote on a job. The day/time came and went. I never heard from anyone...no call...no show. I called them two days later asking about the missed appointment. The lady on the phone stated it must have been one of the other ladies in the office that scheduled the appointment as she wasnt seeing it on her calendar. She said she would check to see what happened and call me back. No call back has ever been received. Carpet Cleaning Bros. is going on my dont ever use service list.
