Just went through… car was not dry… top and back bumper was still dirty.. explained this to management( he was very professional in explaining) ) BUT I pay for the deluxe wash and at 66 don’t want to climb up there and finish the job… but I did.:(if I do..won’t refill my card… coming here for years… if this is “ just the way it is going to be with the new set- up’’… I won’t be back…. The young man is not at fault… owners should spend the money and make adjustments as they have in the past!!

I have belong to this car wash unlimited service for 2 1/2 years at least. I’m reviewing now why, because they deserve a huge recognition. They have spiffied up the place and most of all there is a guts inside the car wash. The car comes super clean and the new dry blowers are so strong they practically lift my lil car. The staff, especially Jordan is awesome. Go there 3 times a month or 2 times a month depending on the plan, well u can get unlimited for what you’re spending.

I have learned through a lot of trial and error that different car washes clean certain cars better than others, so I never have very high expectations the first time I go to a car wash. However, I was very happy with my sparkling clean car after going through this wash! Next Ill try it out for my other car that has a very different shape!

Wash was good. Got a free carwash from Butler . Just didnt like the hassle of finding a place to dry the car. It just was just too busy. Maybe went at the wrong time

Fairly new, you get a free basic car wash if you have your oil changed at Penzoil which is right next door.

Amazing car wash!!! I’m not from the area, I was shopping in Medford so I thought I’d get my car washed. I didn’t notice till I got home that my License plate was missing so I called them. Cody answered the phone and told me they got it and he even went to ups off duty and shipped it back to me!!! Thanks CODY!

Car wash bent my front license plate and took the top strip off my car. Staff was very unapologetic about it and offered zero apologies or refund. Afterwards I figured Id vacuum out my car and the vacuums had no pressure so didnt even get to do that well. Will never return.

Make sure the car is clean! I went in there Paid for the car wash twice to wash my car went through twice both times the back of my car still was covered in dirt and I ended up going home and worshing it myself.

Today one side of my car was not washed (right side) it did remove 50%. I talked to the guy and I would have to wait at the back of the line WOW. Its so nice to wash my car by hand. Fix the machine..

Great car wash until I reached the part where my car gets rinsed off and is starting to get dried off.... that the whole car wash shuts down. Major disappointment. The vacuums suction work well. Which are free by the way. Not sure if Ill return... cant remember the last time I was stopped in the car wash for 5 minutes 👎

Still have yet to get a free token for the vacuums.. get the same results for most expensive wash as the lowest priced wash also.

Asked if car wash would get a specific area clean was told yes...... Took them at thier word...... Got out of my vehicle at my next appointment.. if it hadnt been 20 miles back th the car wash.... The spot I had pointed out didnt even look like it had need touch........ Piss poor cleaning thats for sure

Went thru car wash and car was still way dirty showed them with a rag by wiling a spot on the car and it came back black! Said to go again so i went thru again and it ripped my rear windshield wiper off and they admited fault said manager would be in next day and will call me and have it replaced at no charge to me and i still have not heard a thing and ive called and my wife has called and no return call back! I dont feel like asking for it to be replaced is too much! And to top it all off the csr was still dirty i ended up doi g it by hand anyways

My car is clean and Im ready to start day. Places like this Im great full. For the one star academy I recommend you people wash your own car for now on.

Adjusted my rating from 4 to a 2. Have been a long standing monthly customer. The car wash decided to close for an entire month. I had to ASK for a refund. So, they charged me twice! Now, they only refunded the 2nd charge!!! Not a happy customer. Would not recommend them to ANYONE!

Visited this car wash, heard it was better than the one I’m use to going to do I decided to give it a try.Was helped by Zachary. I purchased a $10 deluxe wash. After he sprayed bug spray, I asked if he had any dash wipes.. he mumbled something “customers only” and said you can pull forward.....Umm... this is a car wash and you don’t offer dash wipes and you don’t sell them either? There are never vacuum stations available when I go. Ive been on different days, different times just to see if I can catch a break. No luck. The car wash is a car wash.

Crater car wash is our neighborhood car wash. It is a very popular place so expect to spend a bit of time in line but well worth the wait. I have never left with dirt on any part of the car. You will drive up to the pay station a d choose from a deluxe ($10.00) or standard($8.00). If you have a rear wiper, they will tape it as well as the antenna on the roof. He will ask if you want to vacuum and if so, he will give you a token. Then he will spray the front and rear window. Youll drive around until you get to the opening of the car wash where another staff will direct you. He will pressure wash the difficult areas of your car and the machine will guide your car in. When your done, you can go to the vacuum area where they have clean, dry towels to get any remaining water and windex to do the inside and outside of your windows. It is a great price and they care about your car. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this car wash.

Well they charge 10 dollars extra for ride sharing cars even though there was nothing on there pricing sings, called him on it an he said well this one time Ill let you have it for the cheaper price. I said show me where it says you charge more for people like me but he couldnt all he could say is just move along and consider yourself lucky today for the cheaper wash. Guy was a totally unprofessional

I am so disappointed! I had super high hopes for this car wash. It started off great: the attendant was fantastic and super friendly, and they have an amazing station with towels and window cleaner for detailing your interior after your wash. Awesome. HOWEVER. I ordered the deluxe wash (with wax protectant, etc.) and when my car came out, it was covered in brownish water spots and was not shiny or sparkly the way it should have been - it was basically covered in a layer of grime. Figuring this was the wax, I got back in line and asked to go through again, but with a regular wash. The attendant was again super awesome and let me go through, acknowledging that she could see the film on my car. After the second wash, the film remained on my car and is still there a week later. So I am bummed and with a dirty car. I will just have to wait until the stuff comes off over time. Sadly, I will not go back nor recommend this wash to anyone.

Clean easy quality car wash and vacuums

Always go on Tuesday for Ladies Day and get $1 off...then I get the best wash...they get all the extra dirty spots so my car is clean!! Love the rags and window cleaning solution. Super good vacs. Customers are polite even on the busiest of days.

So fun for me and my kids. It really did a nice job and almost got all the dead bugs off the windshield from our recent road trip (those bugs were basically glue so Im glad any of them came off).

My car wash here comes out really good like a brand new car. The bug remover spray they spray on my car takes off all the bugs and seems to keep all bugs off for a week. paying the extra $3 for a $10 car wash is well worth it and soon they will be offering $30 of month unlimited car washes which I think is great because I can use a car wash once every week. Great place to go to and they give you a free coin to vacuum your precious car.

Husband takes his truck there every week and so far so good when it goes in its brownish white and when it comes out its all white good thing since it is a white truck

Was told that they would not serve me because I have my mothers wheelchair lift on the back of my truck. Its 45 pounds. Its locked into the hitch. I dont see what the problem is because everyone else does not have a problem with it. If this is how they treat people....dont expect my business

Horrible and embarrassing experience. I Will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about how belittled they made me feel. I go there to get a car wash because it’s closer to my job. I’ve been there before with my truck in the same exact condition but this time they tell me I have “too much mud on my truck” ... it’s really not that bad. I live in the country where there is a dirt road so I can’t help there is mud on it, but it’s not all over, it’s just on the tires. They could have easily sprayed it off. The girl at the booth tells me there’s nothing they can do for me and there is a place up the street and to do it myself. I found that to be really rude. What’s the point of having a car wash or pressure hose if you can’t wash it?! I think they should be a little nicer, it was just really embarrassing. They told me there machines could break if it gets mud on it?! But they didn’t even attempt to spray it at all. Just horrible experience. anyway, I called yellow submarine before I go there so I wouldn’t be embarrassed again and they said they wouldn’t deny me service if my truck was dirty ....thought that’s the point of a car wash. I always have better service there anyway I just chose Crater car wash because it was closer to my work, but I’ll never go there again. Very rude horrible customer service.

$20 A month unlimited car wash, yes please! It has never taken me more than 20 minutes at the car wash. It is currently $8 for a single wash, so you get a good deal if you use it at least 3 times a month! Complementary vacuum coins are given to you when you pull up to the pay booth.

The employees are nice, but the people that wash their cars there are rude and unfriendly. The parking lot is also hard to maneuver.

Went on Fathers Day. The new car wash was a huge disappointment. I have always taken my challenger there. After the wash,, it was like the middle of the car from hood to trunk was smeared. It did not turn out as clean as the old machines did. Hopefully there will be a improvement on the new machines.☹ The kicker on this is my husband took his truck too and he said it didnt turn out as clean either with the new machines.

Best car wash in the valley. Cleans my vehicles well, even when theyre dirtier than usual. Wish I lived closer as theres another that is less than 1/4 miles from my house that isnt nearly as good.Cons-No longer free vacuum. Dont particularly like having to ask for coins but I get why.

If you dont go during peak hours, then you can be in and out extremely quickly. Truck comes out clean. Lots of vacuum stations and the vacuuming is free.
