Called for help with a new refrigerator. First I called nobody returned my call. I also emailed but got no reply. The second time I called I left message. I received a call back. I explained I needed help with a new refrigerator delivery. The doors had to be removed to fit in the house. They werent willing to help at all and very dismissive. I wouldnt call them if my hand was stuck in disposal.

Just fixed our fridge today... said they be here between 9am - 11am they were here at 845am.. had part needed on his truck and all fixed before 930am.. have used them before and always happy with them. Thank you Dells!

We needed an ice-maker replaced in our fridge so we called Del’s whom we used before for a washing machine repair(which was a great price and value). The serviceman came out for a consultation and said he needed to order the part and that the total price would be over $350.The breakdown of the $350 is what angers me, $150 for the consultation, $150 for the service, and $50 for the part. The serviceman didn’t do anything and remained at my house for less than 5 minutes and costed $150...find a different repair service if possible.

Love them. Theyve kept all our appliances working for the last 15 years! Super professional and always know how to fix everything (or when it is time to get new).

Great experience with Dell’s. The pump on my washing machine stopped working. The tech found a coin jammed in it. I believe that they have an $85 dispatch fee and charge $75 per hour, so I only recommend using them for large appliances that still have years left in them. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Theyve come to fix our washer and dryer machines and have done a very thorough and great job of it. They come within a reasonable time of our call, one or two business days. Their tech has been so great, highly knowledgeable, with specialized expertise that you would wish for and also informative & professional. Got a tech here in the beginning of the service window, gave a clear explanation of why they couldnt get parts and trying eBay was a bad idea, and then helped think through a complicated problem about how to replace.

These people will know things like the discontinued Thermador knobs are finally being custom produced on eBay!

The technician arrived over an hour after the scheduled two-hour window and never called to check-in. When he did arrive, he was quite courteous and completed the routine job quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. For 20 minutes of work and a new igniter for our oven, the $214 bill seemed a little steep, though.

Fast response, reasonable price, and the gentlemen who helped out with the fridge repair were very nice.
