I was very pleased with the professionalism given during my visit. Being very anxious, The doctor explained what each part of test was for and directions were very easy to understand. I was happy with printouts that showed the test results using easy to understand graphs and verbiage

At my last visit with a hearing test more test on my ears were conducted than had been done before. The Dr. was very professional and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

The lady running the shop was nice and pleasant... the sales process felt like a car dealership: the features youd use on a daily basis are only available on the $$$$$ models loaded with features you will never really use.

If I were 40 years younger I would be chasing Eric down the hallways and take him home with me regardless of what his wife says. Even if I dont have a problem, I make an excuse to come in and see him. Kim also gives the best hugs, she always greets me with a smile. A wonderful office. I might be old, but I am not dead yet!

Eric was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure that the questions I had were answered thoroughly and that I understood the functions of the hearing aid. A recent incident prompts this review. Concerned that I had difficulty hearing with my hearing aids volume set as high as possible. I called Erics office and was offered an appointment that day. In less than thirty minutes, Eric had solved the problem and we were on our way. Service, you bet, is the very best, and always with a smile from Kim. Always willing to help.

Kim at the front desk is so nice, she even offered to let me bring my dog into the office so he didnt have to wait in the hot car. The sun is shining outside and now after my hearing aids are clean, my ears are shining too!
