Theres a thief of Harley Parts being shipped at this location.

Driver keeps saying undeliverable, mean while I received another package from another ups driver that same day no problems 👎

Once I located the office, I was given service and packege was rerouted to help.me out

Guys never showed up to my house and said I refused the package. You actually have to show up for me to refuse it. I waited outside for ups both days working on my truck. No show.

Ups needs to get their stuff together asap!Seriously I mean it.

The driver or drivers that service (I use the word sarcastically) speed through our neighborhood of Sleepy Hollow. NO Delivery is worth hitting children on bikes. Check your Goggle Maps - 45-54 mph on Doverland curves is insane- usually during the 3:00-5:00 pm time frame!I have video to send to the Henrico police but hope this serves as an attempt to slow someone down immediately.I do not want our packages to end up elsewhere as they have so my name has not been included.

If I could leave a zero I would . the worst when it comes to pick up .. hides truck where it cant be seen .. runs up to porch ..does not knock or ring bell . puts tags on door and takes off .. claims no one comes to door .. my door is less than a foot from the front door .. I guess they expect you to run
