Even with an appointment had to wait 45 minutes. My 3 year old had to be stuck twice due to the original technician not getting it right the first time. My son was great, I think the technician was new. Everyone has to learn so I get that but not on a 3 year old after you made him sit there for 10 minutes already watching you fumble around getting the equipment ready. Go to a different location.

I gave four stars because the tech at the front desk was really nice and ended up drawing my blood which was a great experience unlike the other tech. It was very clear that this tech was in a mad mood this morning, it showed in her tone, body language, and the way she spoke to a child. The little girl was afraid and crying to have her blood drawn and the tech told her it was too early in the morning to be acting this way. She later yells at another patient about his address. This tech needs to learn some patience and compassion.

I just went to drop off a sample. The computer systems were down, and so nobody was able to log in to the kiosk. Staff was not in a hurry to help the people coming in. Meanwhile, the room gets crowded... during a pandemic. Nothing is done. We all wait. Most of the clientele was elderly. Apparently dropping off a sample means risking ones life.I provided a sample that my physician told me needed to be kept frozen. I was already nervous because I had sat and waited so long. Im sure the sample was thawing. They told me to put it in the bin with the rest of the samples. This bin was just a bin, not even refrigerated, and they were not in a hurry to put my sample in the freezer. I reminded them it needed to be frozen. I never saw them move it out of the bin. I hope my result was accurate.Days go by. I get a bill in the mail. I paid it immediately. They deposited the money, as noted by my checking account. Over the next two weeks, I was then repeatedly harassed by the company to pay the bill. I contacted their customer service department, but they didnt accept my proof, and told me I had to get my bank involved. I did. My bank representative even said they had a hard time dealing with LabCorp. Now when I log in to my LabCorp account, I appear to have a zero balance. I never received any kind of payment confirmation, apology, nothing. Between my bank and LabCorp, I spent two hours on the phone.Overall, a painful experience. I cant get that time back. I guess I should just be glad I didnt get COVID from the waiting room.

My husband needed labs drawn but the physician wasn’t clear on the prescription he had written. Andrea at the front desk was so helpful in guiding us to get the needed codes from the physician’s office. Great “above and beyond “ customer service!!! Thank you Andrea! You turned what could have been a difficult situation, because we had driven 45 min, into a positive experience.

Front Desk person very rude to elderly people who don’t know or understand how to use the kiosk check in. Apparently Patient care and understanding is not the strong point here.

Very hard to get in touch with. After waiting on the phone for 15 min or more they hang up on you. When you Do get someone they don’t listen and are rude. Horrible horrible to deal with

Great experience here walked right in and I was quickly helped and got my blood work done fast just the way it should be. Great staff very friendly and helpful.

Every time I go here the front desk complains about the check in kiosk. They make a copy of my insurance card every time. Very rude front desk but great techs in the back.

Labcorp is a joke. 1 1/2 hour wait for 2 tubes of blood. I wish there was some competition. They are horrible.
