I originally spoke with Sharon when I visited the location inside Walmart on Bellcreek Rd, she was very polite, professional and amazing. She gave me and amazing quote and gave great details when explaining everything to me. I spoke with Kristal to get the process started it on 9/28 she was awesome. Kristal has made what could have been an unpleasant situation amazing ! I had called earlier & spoke to an unprofessional agent that worked for the company & as an end result I cancelled my policy because of that . I called back & spoke to kristal for a general question.
