Weve been with Julie Whitakers State Farm office for a VERY long time. First, we are very pleased with the insurance products. The coverage is legitimately what youre purchasing. There are not scams to deal with when you need to utilize the coverage. I also like how this office teaches preventive measures. They have surely proven beneficial; especially when our children were teenagers. To this effect, we have rarely needed to file a claim. Letreese is the representative we speak with the most. Shes professional, knowledgeable of the products, patient, and follows through timely. Very pleased!

Wow! What a great experience I had getting quotes and then securing insurance policies for two of my businesses. Julie Whitakers State Farm quotes were very competitive. In fact they were less than all the other quotes I had received. I always compare apples to apples and they were the best price, and by far the best customer service out of all the other companies. Honestly, the customer service experience wasnt even close. Joe Pierce is the epitome of excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company for your insurance needs.

Joe at Julie Whitaker’s State Farm in Mechanicsville, VA is the epitome of what the world needs in the current climate. He’s gone above and beyond his role at State Farm. Pandemic hit and I can’t remember how I even got to talk to Joe but we initially spoke about life insurance around by birthday 7/29. Two days after my birthday my brother passed away from cancer and I immediately recounted the conversation with Joe and called him to move forward with life insurance for myself and my entire family. Although this was a business transaction, he made it feel like he was apart of the family. I have no idea about life insurance so of course I asked a bazillion questions around #s and what I can afford now that we’re a 1 income household, etc. We went through the whole process and next steps. Few days later, I received a beautiful condolences card from Joe and the staff at State Farm ( tearing up as I type this). They didn’t have to but that small gesture showed me that there’s still some humanity out in the world. Anyways, I type this long story to say THANK YOU JOE AND STATE FARM in Mechanicsville, VA. I’ve been a State Farm policyholder with Julie Whitaker for 30+ years, I have automobile and a homeowners policy. State Farm has covered accidents involving deer, a refrigerator in my path on 81, uninsured motorist, and more windshields that I can count over the years. Filing claims has been so easy and payments to body shops made directly. The primary car I currently drive has been a deer magnet and attracks hit and run rear end attacks. State Farm has been right there when I needed them. It’s a good feeling to know what you have when lifes interruptions happen, there’s no hidden surprises. If I have any questions regarding coverage, I just call Sarah Glazebrook in Julie’s office. Oh and you’ve gotta love Jake!!
