My review needs to be broken down in to sections to be accurate...Location: 5/5 ... conveniently located downtownParking: 3/5 ... Bring quarters because youre going to have to feed the meter unless you are up for a trek!!The store itself: 3/5 ... it is OKAY... The floors and walls have been recently redone but cheaply so (no trim, thin spots in paint where drywall is visible) it feels almost empty, as if theres a display or bench or SOMETHING missing in the big empty area...Employee(James): 5/5 ... Im pretty sure its only one employee, because hes been there every time my daughter or I have needed assistance, and when we purchased our phones... Hes knowledgeable and entertaining... He isnt overtly pushy like some salespeople and tries to make sure he finds the phone that will best fit your needs... He knows quite a bit about the inventory of phones they carry and was patient when answering the questions we had... Definitely an asset to this business!Additional note:Things they cant control: During the exchange of Boost Mobile from one parent company to another (T-Mobile sold it when they bought Sprint) the cell service has been less than expected, although I suppose at the prices for service you shouldnt expect gold star quality.

I have been with boost since about 2018. Recently they reopened from the covid shut down. Aubrey was gone but there was a new person there. Sadly, I did not catch his name but 10/10 customer service. He helped get the phone I bought up and running very quickly as well as helping me get onto the extended network which improves my phone service( company was recently bought by another.) I will return for further business!*Update (Aug, 8 2020)*Convinced my mother to get a new phone and for a great price we got an Lg Stylo 6(The third from my family now,) smartwatch, case, and screen protector that he kindly put on very well while being yet again extremely friendly! Also, his name is James. Took me long enough, right?

I love Boost but everything costs more in store as opposed to online because of extra fees etc that get added on by using the store. If I can do something online for free why does it cost extra to go to the store and try to accomplish the same things?
