Super nice store and good staff for sure, very welcoming and informative.I switched my service from AT&T to T-Mobile and was helped by Armand and Jose and felt secure in my plan and what I was getting. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and will when I get home! Thank u for everything :)

Ended up breaking my phone and needed a new one. Set up an appointment and had some funny conversations with the employees there. They knew what they were doing and I got a great deal on a new phone plus one for my sister. And they even told me about the parental control setup for the iPhone so my little sister doesn’t go overboard.

I have to say I give this sprint shop more stars if I could!! I was helped the beginning of my day till end. I never expected a call from Jenny and staff for looking into my account and saving me money and getting credit back. That is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! Your staff was incredibly nice and helpful. You guys DESERVE a raise!! Hats off to you guys and now I will refer and become a Loyal customer

Scam. Manager is into the scam too. Theyre nice to bait you in and when you ask why would they pulled that scam on you they refer you to the manager right away because the manager wont help either. They will lie before you purchase and add stuff without asking you and say it is free, when surprice charges come into the bill, dont count on them. Nothing is free here and getting out of a contract is very expensive. Scaming you is their work ethic in this store because it is how they train their employees.

I’m giving this store a 2/5 because one of the employees there is super rude and disrespectful. Really short hair girl sort of tomboyish didn’t get her name. Other than that the manger is friendly and helpful but he should tell his employees not to get into other peoples businesses if it doesn’t correspond to them in no way. The other girls were nice too.

In and put quickly. Needed to have my phone number ported to my new phone and one of the employees there took care of it very fast. Definitely recommend this Sprint store.

I was hesitant to change to Sprint because I was with AT&T. Since all my family have Sprint I decided to check it out. Once inside, this gentlemen named Oscar was a HUGE help! By far one of the nicest employee Ive met, and quite funny as well. I caved in and he helped me change to Sprint. This store really have some amazing employees! I didnt think Sprint could beat deals from AT&T but yep, they did.

Hello all please pay close attention when signing up with sprint... They will lie and misguide you to join sprint.. I was paying 160 and little by little went up to 240 dollars. So please pay attention when visiting sprint.. . T-MOBILE has better plans.. I was warned but I didnt listen... Never again

Do not go into this store if you want good customer service. I got helped by (ASM) Yadalein Mariel and she is the most fraud person I’ve ever met. Make sure you get a receipt for every purchase you make. She scanned out some chargers said they were “free” and told my dad he was paying for taxes only but couldn’t provide a receipt for the taxes he paid. Who can’t give a receipt or email one after you purchase something? Anyway real quick she did a refund and couldn’t give a receipt for that either. I know she scanned out accessories and charged them to bring up her numbers and then when she got called out and I made it a big deal she freaked out. Store manager is useless and needs better training on integrity. Anyway customer service from their own company told me to report fraud on that store so we will see how that goes.

I want to start by saying that from the beginning I looked at the water in coming to this store, they could not connect my phone the man according to the manager did not know anything he asked the other everything, they overcharged me and I filed a complaint for bad service attitude. I recommend that no matter what happens please look for another store there are several .. good day
