Only reason for the single star is the work The was done WHEN THEY ARE OPEN was adequate for the price that is charged. The work that is done is hit or miss. I have been hear a total of three times and the last time they made sure there wasn’t any dirt spots. The first two times I noticed dirt spots on the wheels and along the edges of my truck. The price is the same across all sizes of vehicles so if the issue is the service time is the same then what needs to be done is charge me more for more time to be spent cleaning my 2016 Chevy Silverado. I always only get the exterior wash but my suggestion is if you get the spray wax to or quick drying wax is to make sure your vehicle does not have any plastic on the exterior because it will show up because they are not covered prior to application. The wax is free but still... if not applied correctly then don’t apply it at all IMHO. My biggest grip is their advertised hours they advertise open until 8pm and yesterday (Saturday) they were closed at 3pm. Today (Sunday) same issue it is 1151am and it says open until 8pm. I drove 20 minutes to get here because each time they have improved and so continued to have me as a customer. But this is unacceptable. I tried calling the number as well and it is disconnected. Owner if you are reading this please know that both issues are professionally unacceptable. FYI to potential future patrons I have always tipped larger then $20 per person.

They do a fairly good job of washing and drying the car. Had to wait 25 minutes though just to get through the door, and I was second in line on a Saturday at 10 am! With an SUV, remember to have them open the rear liftgate and wipe around the door edges. Also, ask them to blow the water out of the side mirrors. And expect about an hours total wait... at least.

Very disappointing experience. This was my first time there. I wanted a full detail in and out on my car. I initially spoke with the owner who quoted me a price. The “detail” or lack of one only took an hour. I inspected my car after the fact and the only thing that was cleaned was the floor. At the end of this experience it was a different guy who came to collect the payment and argues with me about the work that was done. There was obviously a miscommunication between the owner and the workers about what should have been done to my car. That frustration should not have been taken out on me. As a guest who is paying with my hard earned money, I should not have been spoken to in such a belittling manner. This place is the epitome of all things wrong with black-owned businesses and continues to give them a bad name. I tried to support the black community, but why when the workers give you less than what you asked for. This makes it hard for black own businesses out there doing the right thing. Please people go some where else for your car wash service.

The final results were good However, one worker did not shine one of my tires. I pointed it out to Chris and he redid all of the wheels and some other minor finishing touches. It was the best car wash my van has ever had.

This is may be a slightly above-average Carwash. The guys do a good job but attention to detail is lacking.My advice is to make sure you tell them no air freshener spray. The guy came out and even had me smell it but once its sprayed in the car it takes weeks for it to get out and it does not smell good whatsoever. Very chemical smell and overpowering. You can taste it for days.

Their opening hours are hit/miss and often are short on employees in the morning so a wash can take near 90 minutes. When fully staffed its an hour tops but they do a thorough job. Recently added an enclosed waiting room.

Best around new place I found to make your car bling in and out better then the other place I used too go try it out .

Blown away!!! At first coming from the suburbs it didnt look like your standard car wash!! But once inside its very unique set up like a mini detail center... all hand washed no machines! Everyone there is very professional and have great communication with there customers on items left behind in the car. Car got a detail for $18 you cant beat that in the suburbs $32 for all that they do and it seemed like all the employees were enjoying there work and they also employ veterans as I met a gentleman there that was an army vet so get out and support these guys.... what a hidden gem

Great service awesome staff and management.. I bring my motorcycles and my Benz from Schaumburg IL to Maywood IL to have them detailed. The do a great job at very reasonable price.. I totally recommend this place..

Third time there and last. Not only did they take about an hour to finish my car, I was the only one, but they also stole my Ray Bans from my middle console. On top of that I have no idea what they did in that one hour, my dash was dusty, windows were dirty and rims were full of the mud I had gone through a few days prior to taking it here. Very dissatisfied and mostly disappointed that they would steal my sunglasses.

These some crooks, they jacked up the carwash price and the wax job was horrible, never again will I go here and I stay by this place, beware or this place..

Well, lets just say... Im TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with the service at this car wash. I dont know whats Master about it, I checked my vehicle afterwards and it was a messy job!!! Ill be taking my business ELSEWHERE...!!!

Just left there one of works left key in ignition while he was washing our truck so battery died our truck had to be pushed because the line had built up they didnt clean cup holders or dash board my husband size 12 speakers they snatched loose and they broke one of the windshield wipers not to mention all of the arguing they did it was horrible

Slow stay is at least forty five minutes
