This car wash was FAST, so if you are in a rush, this is a good option!! It also seems like it would be REALLY fun for kids to watch, squirt the car with suds, or ride through (I was told that was an option).I paid for the “Gold Full Service,” and there is only one wash above that, aside from more expensive detailing options, I believe. As for the service I received, the vacuuming was quick and not thorough. My car barely looks like it’s been “freshly” vacuumed at all… almost seems worse.The windows were not cleaned well and the “hand dry” was also super fast and therefore not thorough… lots of dried droplets all over the doors’ windows and rear window now.For $1-$6 more, you can go to a hand car wash nearby where they do an impeccable job… almost the same price and they are extremely thorough!! For kiddos, Jax is more fun and worth it in that respect. Jax does have Unlimited Monthly Wash Plans available at a discount right now, but you will automatically get charged every month, so know that fine print.I would have given 3 stars for the poor service (poor vacuum, windows not cleaned, wet car, but fast and fun for kids), but some of the “Owner’s Responses” to some honest, negative reviews are completely unprofessional, insulting,and simply childish and irrelevant. I hope this was helpful, and of course, just my experience… yours may be better!! 😊

Wow!!!! I cant wait until they open the saddle brook location . I currently pay for a monthly service at souring the machines are great but the finishing ( drying and interior is non existent, even though there are people with towels at the end they are a bit overwhelmed) . When using my free pass here I felt bad they practically do a mini detail on my truck and it’s a big truck and they covered every detail . Just wish they had a way to dry the complete back window it’s high but that’s the reason I have someone else wash it lol . This is a great place if you want cheep service. You better off doing it yourself.

My car paint was damaged in the process. You can clearly see scratches in a circular pattern in several spots, and several other scratches throughout the car. The car has hardened dirt that wasnt there before! And poor to no vacuuming was performed. I am following up with Management.

This use to be my go to car wash. Spend extra for a wax on the car. Did not do a good job. Alot of residue left on the car. 40.00 dollar car wash. You will think they will do a better job. Just do a basic wash. Oil change place A+

My car came put sparkling clean and shiny after selecting their premium $28 option which, besides interior cleaning, includes a couple different wax finishes, foams, sealants and tire treatment. Very quick and efficient service. Theres a whole assortment of 8 or so different pricing options, starting at $8.95 plus a couple A la carte services. A bit confusing so I suggest you go on their web site before hand and figure out what option you want.

Good wash and vaccuming. But my dash was left with a bit of dust. So, improvement in making sure little details are met for a total customer service satisfaction.

The customer has to breathe down the employee neck to make sure they vacuum and wipe down well inside. I dont like to do that.Ill go back but just for the basic wash exterior and quick vacuum.

They do not clean your car correctly. If I just wanted random soap and then water on top of my car while leaving it still dirty, I could have done that myself. Also the vacuum is a joke, picked up nothing, and the workers just made the motions as cleaning but really did nothing. Not worth the price for the silver package.

This is a horrible car washing service. Today, my husband brought my van in for a basic wash and tire shine. My car had clear dirt Marks that werent cleaned on the back window and the passenger side windows. When it was brought to the staffs attention they said they couldnt do anything to accommodate him. Ive never had my car look so dirty after going to a car wash. Never agian will I go to this establishment or reccomend anyone.

I went for an oil change. The guys there did a great job!! Andrew thank you. Then came the interior cleaning that I needed. I was told to ask for Edgar! He charged me $58 bucks for polish and cleaning by of inside of my. But said I can get a discount if I pad cash! I said no. So he continued to do my car. He did a HORRIBLE JOB! My car still has dust and leaves and dirt inside doors. They need to FIRE THAT GUY!!

They are ok but if u dont have a plate case on the front of ur car, it will keep bending in the process. And i did notice that every time i drive now something feels slippery or my car slips when i turn or brake like something is wet underneath even after a few days. Plus they dont vacuum the way that i want. They dont do the back seat and never wipe the back window inside unless asked, or wipe the doors inside. Thats y I canceled my monthly subscription. But the men are nice.

They have 2 locations in the same area.The other location on nj 17 north before i80 is made for quick car washes. I have their a unlimited car wash for the month. And i am very happy with them. This location JAX, is made for deep interior and exterior detail wash. They made my car like brand new!

Always friendly staff. Always courteous and never pushy. Better care of my car here than at dealer! I drive 8 miles out my way for this service. Manager John is one of the best. The guys listen, he seems respectful to them, and the whole place seems to run smooth. Always drive away with car driving great. Some people think they add on too much, when I describe the service, but I have over 100k ok both cars and my cars do not show their age in performance or sound!

Okay external cleaning, internal cleaning left my car seats stained: I was told that whenever dry itll look great but it didnt at allOil change and engine is okay as long as youre really paying attention to what they do: I usually get attended by the same guy; he wasnt there once and some other guy told me that in order to change the oil they had to take the engine out (he gave me the price, it was no cheap at all)

If you dont have the time and dont want to spend all day cleaning your car this is a perfect place - the have many different cleaning packages, and offer oil changes to - I have a monthly package which works great for me - try it and you wont be disappointed

A little busy today but the line moves fast. The employees are great.

So today I went for an oil change, they told me I need air filter, I need fuel injection, I need to rotate my tires, and bla bla bla. With the oil change you get a free exterior car wash. So after $ 208.00 I was ready for the car wash they told me if I wanted to have cleaned inside I need to pay a nother $28.00 I skipped it. But when I got out of a Car wash they dont even want to dry my car.

The car was immaculate after the Lava Flex Detail Wash, took about 30 minutes.

Very poor service, you never get exactly what you pay for. Example- the premium wash includes tire shine, which you NEVER get because the guys at the front have no idea what you paid for. Complained once and the manager comped the wash and ran my car through again. Save yourself the money and visit Magic touch across the highway, they’re the real deal.

Detailer was very slow in completing the work. Took 45 minutes for a small vehicle that wasnt dirty inside.

First time for a car wash. Did a great job. Spent the weekend with whole family on a trip, so they killed the Jeep. Looks great again!

Great drive thru car wash. Car looks great and guys do great job drying. Kudos to them!Better system needed at end - people who do not ride thru and have to come out to their cars often hang out to chat, holding up others. Should be designated line for folks who ride thru and need to get out past the chatters.

I went there for the first time, the price is very good for the service offered.I got the VIP but afterwards I don’t think the did everything that was supposed to do, if they did was very bad.

Paid for LAVA SERVICE .. which was close to $30 for a car wash that was not done to satisfaction .. did not vaccum well n left the dashboard untouched and in between seats to .. crumbs and dust from prior .. told to wipe it down .. staff had an attitude and didn’t even wipe it all .. FIRST N LAST!!! ... not worth the money paid .. so much for trying to stay local .. #dissapointed #rippedoff

I went here just now and I paid $30 for a terrible job. The guy who gives the ticket got aggressive with me just because I asked him some question about the services. He was very impatient, rude and coming to my face. I didn’t say anything and walked off. I do not be threatened in order to get a service. In the end they didn’t even clean properly and I have come here many times. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Note to owner talk to your workers to not be aggressive with your customers and provide proper customer service. I am not getting free service I am paying! this guy needs anger management and should be taken off job a he might even hit someone out of anger for no purpose. Ridiculous

Paid to have inside and outside clean with tire shine, got home and the back of the car was not vacuumed neither were the tires done, its hard to tell if the tires are done when the car is wet but once dry you can definitely tell it wasnt done, such a rip off definitely disappointed.

Marvin detailed cleaned my car and it was amazing 👏. My son vomited strawberry milk 🥛 and cream cheese bagel all in my back seat. Then decided let me clean it and hose the car down, yes leather 💺 seats! But thank God nothing happened to my Hybrid. He was just trying to clean up after himself. A story we will laugh about in the future 😄. Hes 7. Thank God I took it to Jax and they were great a bit pricey but I had to do it. Norbelto was nice giving me a good final polish. Making sure I was satisfied with the clean.

I was there yesterday and l got the gold F/S wash for 23.95! The car wash was great however they never wiped down the inside and they half vacuumed as well! For that price the staff must do better.

Says 7 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday on the receipt and on their doors. Turns out, after I signed up for the $51 monthly plan that they close at 5. I work till 6 so I could never catch them open. See photo.Not only that, but their extreme vacuuming is a 5 second process that leaves crumbs in the cupholders and other obvious dirt untouched.When they clean the floor mats, they put them back into your car soaking wet which, when you inevitably step on them, they turn into a muddy dirty mess.And then the manual drying with the smelly dirty rags... Went there for a total of 3 times this entire month and all 3 times the car was still dirty and barely anything was cleaned besides a wash and the windshield.

GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE GETS CAR SERVICE THERE.

Lu e change was sure speedy but unlike most if the lube change places that give you a complimentary complete car wash these guys on give you a free exterior wash. Feels kinda cheap.

Lava Wash is the best wash but highly priced. Just don’t go on a weekend because they are packed and will rush your car. Try Jay’s Car Wash in Paterson, they take their time.

Do not go!Super Nasty, no respect to customers!Was there on 6/20 and told front guy silver package and he misunderstood and charge me for outside wash only. Told him, please charge me additional for silver package and he got super nasty and started shouting.Went inside and told the guy by the counter to treat customers bit better but was told basically to f... off.NOT RECOMMENDED. A LOT OF BETTER OPTIONS AROUND.

So I always go to Magic Touch in Lodi but unfortunately they still dont have power so I was told since I have a monthly unlimited wash plan I could go to Jax. I brought both my cars to Jax and was extremely disappointed with the service, the difference between both places is night and day. At Magic Touch everything is amazing and at Jax everything is terrible. They only washed the drivers side floor mats on both my cars and they dried both cars terribly there was water spots everywhere. They didnt do even anything good at all and again I will never go back to Jax. Hopefully soon Magic Touch will get power back they are truly the best.

We came to use this car wash because it’s part of our plan to use the car wash in little ferry turns out this is worse than little ferry car left dirty like it never went thru a wash. Would never come back I’m canceling my monthly subscription don’t want to throw money away to the garbage no thanks if owner can see this please change your manager at these two locations very rude

Fast reliable service

We enjoy this car wash. Service has always been friendly. Kids enjoy the washers inside the waiting area. Waiting area is clean and well kept. Fast service. There are times I could have used a little more attention to detail inside the car but my car can get pretty beat up with two young kids and a lot of long drives. Im always happy!

Updating my review. After few months membership their service becoming from bad to worst i dont know how but they somehow wet my driver side seat and mat for the second time. First time it was my Honda now my Mitsubishi also wet seat, wet driver side handle thank god the electronics still works. This is the reason why I stop the monthly membership in the end i have to fix my car not getting clean car. At least they gave plastic to cover my seat thats the one star.

Need to improve more time for inner vaccum and clean more.

Not bad for the money

One of the best car washes Ive been to. You want a better car wash, do it yourself! An occasional light scratch but, no way to prove that a dirty rag used there caused it. I do the monthly pass (unlimited car washes) and recommend that, you also do the same.

This place is horrible! They had a promotion and they asked me if I wish to sign up and I said NO. They put me on an automatic payment without my consent. I am a business owner myself and I would never do something like this. Please stay away. Go elsewhere for a car wash and I will make sure to report this to the better business bureau.

I went for an oil change and found out my car been leaking all of the engine oil..... No wonder over the past few days even after i added oil i still heard that “i dont have any oil in my car” knocking sound coming from the engine. The good men at Jax Speedy Lube told me my car had 0 oil in it and showed me that there was a hair line crack on my engine oil pan which was the cause of the oil leakage. The manager came over and told me he has a sealant that may work as a band aid but I need to get a new engine oil pan asap. He sprayed the sealant and after about 15 mins or so he did the oil change and thanked me for being a regular customer. Notice I never said I was charged anything because the manager told me man to man as a human being I know you in a tight spot its the weekend and your car is leaking engine oil. I dont know how far you live from here or where your going but what kind of man would I be to charge you for oil when theres a crack in your engine oil pan and its leaking it anyway. He said I know you need to fix this asap and you will need to add oil again soon so I’ll see you soon and be safe. I Thanked him and his associates for their willingness to help and their efforts to help me out (I also gave them a tip). Im very appreciative to them because they went above and beyond their call of duty to help me and to top it off didnt charge me. God Bless the good brothers at Jax Speedy Lube.

Every time I go there the service is quick and easy. Im in there for no longer than 15 minutes. Oil change and a car wash for the price you cant beat. Plus the staff isprofessional.

I’ve owned 2 car wash companies and the only reason Jax is very successful is their location.I’ve enrolled in their monthly two different times and the overall service was completely unacceptable. I’ve pointed out the issues on several occasions but nothing changed and there’s no accountability.I’m seeking out another place and highly recommend you steer clear from this fabrication of a car wash. They had a 2.5 star rating a couple months ago to a 4.8 today. It’s most likely they hired a firm to post fake reviews.
