Terrible to deal with, they are screwing drivers. Do not deal with dude named Logan there. Had me deliver a load and put down that it’s first come first serve at receiver when it’s all by appt only, was sweet talking me while I was waiting for 6 hours telling me that that he would take care of detention pay. Later said we are not paying anything because we didn’t agree to it prior. What a liar. Forgets what he tells me, said that customer misinformed him, then after tells me that he did 10 loads there and never appt. what a liar

Dont waste your time with this company. Cheap freight and lies about weight. Also never on the truck drivers side of any problems. That are rude on top of it all. POS people. They charge 5 percent for quick pay when everyone else is 3 percent. Rip off power trip. Lowest level of business.

I am A driver with over 20 years of real ole service my entire career had been to deli ever freight at the agreed upon times and dates.Yet this broker finds it nescesary to stalk me on each and every load that I pull for them I must talk with them at leasttwice a day everyday no matter what the situation may be. In spite of my near perfect on time record I was told by tql that it doesn’t matter once I accept a load from tql my phone truck time belongs to them it has gotten to the point where my dispatcher doesn’t want to talk with them because if I pick up a load from them and take time off (10 hour break) at home they start hounding both him and me I have received calls after midnight ow they will say that a simply phone call will eliminate these entrusions but my response to that is my body of work they also track you through macro point and still call everyday even though I have rescinded there rights to track me through that appKevin Oates have delivered many loads for you through the years have you gotten so big that the contractors you deploy are just a number that there body of work is not worthy of even a statistic I have never written a review before today about anything but to my fellow drivers this is what we have been reduced to brokers have become a vital part of our industry I get that but brokers need to recognize what it is to keep them going it’s us and I am sure that a driver talking on the phone to a broker and kills a family is not what we need in this industrySo I rate tql a star only because no stars is not a optionDavid
