I just want to say that Connie Was VERY helpful when we called with questions over the phone. VERY personable and seemed genuinely interested in giving us the most information possible. We will be calling tomorrow for a membership and childcare signup for the summer. 🥰

I go to the Wolf Creek Y everyday and they put signs up saying they close to sanitize everything from 2-2:30, although today was the first time I was actually told to leave because they were cleaning, so until today I never took those signs seriously. A couple minutes after 2:30 I walk into the men’s locker room and I get yelled at by two women for walking in. I understand that they needed more time to clean, but they could’ve at least closed the door. I feel violated by the women because just because I’m an 18 year old, that doesn’t give them the right to act like that towards me. If I could go somewhere else to workout I would.

I love the track at this facility and their group exercise rooms as they are so large. The instructors are lovely people who actually help the participants with proper form and with any questions they have related to the class. I havent returned since June of 2020 and will update once I know more about their policies for COVID-19.I do need to point out that there was an issue with communication in general with the YMCA. They didnt get my e-mail right despite my being a member there for 6 years and I wasnt informed there was an option to put a pause on my account in 2020 when the gym closed. As a result I ended up paying for 3 months where the money went to a food program while I was struggling. I am all for supporting local programs and do so, but it needs to be voluntary and not a surprise. So the YMCA really needs to think about these kinds of actions in the future, because they shouldnt be taking money from people without their knowledge. I understand the YMCA is huge and has many members, but there needs to be a better way to handle these situations if they intend to take money when the gym isnt even open. The YMCA cannot just expect people to listen to the venues they put out word to, as was the case with myself.This situation was very poorly handled.Thank you YMCA for putting those 3 months towards my current membership, but it shouldnt have taken so much of a hassle to amend the issue. Im thankful it is resolved and I can get back to being an active member.

Nice gym, tho wish it were bigger .Theres room to expand it, if theres a generous donor. The weight room has lots of running machines, not many weight sets

The wolf YMCA is one of our favorite places in Toledo. It has brought our community happiness! The workers are spectacular., they are very engaging and friendly with the kids.

The wolf creek YMCA is honestly one of our favorite places in Toledo. It has brought our family such happiness! The kidzone workers are all spectacular. They engage the kids and I feel completely comfortable leaving mine with them. Ive yet to encounter childcare workers who exhibit their patience, care, and creativity. While all of them are fantastic, Laura, Margo, Joanne and Jan have beeen some of the ones weve interacted with the most and I dont think I could praise them enough. Those who work the front desk are guaranteed to greet you with a warm smile and welcoming words. The classes are all led by instructors who know how to challenge and motivate you. Weve signed our kids up for swim lessons and dance classes and been amazed at how much they look forward to going to them. We LOVE the wolf creek YMCA

Attention personal trainers please be considerate of members working out around you! Someone should have closed the area for personal trainer day! What is the personal trainer area for?? #feltrushedtoday...personal trainee etiquette!

The staff members are very disrespectful everytime I call up there they jump through the phone at me all because I attent to stumble over my words when I’m angry at them and Kelsey Hoffman is very unprofessional
