This establishment was spot on with the oil change service. They got me in and out in a timely manner. The lube techs were all friendly and courteous. Great time management and teamwork was on display. They were knowledgeable about which type of oil was recommended by my automobile manufacturer and had it in stocks. All my fluids were topped off they placed the sticker in my windshield with the oil change information and a reminder of the next due date. On top of this great service I even received a military/veteran discount. I will definitely be going back.

The staff is very polite and considerate! They have reasonable prices and awesome, don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. They even have great discounts from time to time and a top off policy that’s great when you’re early to an oil change. 10/10 appreciate the staff.

On June 23, 2021 my husband took my 2005 Toyota Camry ( 129843 miles) into Take 5 for an oil change.New to the area this was my first time needed an oil change. On Sunday, September 12th as I was turning from Woodruff onto Scuffletown Rd my car loses power. The oil light goes on and I coast into the Wine Express parking lot. I phone my husband to rescue me. He checks out my oil gauge which is so low it is unreadable. He purchases a gallon of oil at Advanced Auto Parts. Puts it in my car. Odometer now at 130233. Turns the car on to take it for a test drive…only to have it all pour out onto the pavement. After checking a YouTube Video, he goes under the car looking for where the leak is coming from. He discovered there is NO OIL FILTER. He then goes back to Advanced Auto Parts purchases an oil filter and another gallon of oil. He puts the new oil filter in (screwing it down properly) and adds the oil.I went to Take 5 Oil today expecting them to at least reimburse us for the oil and filter. We were told they only deal with complaints within 30 days. The filter NEVER should have fallen out! Obviously, it was not screwed in properly!I could never in good conscience recommend this business. They obviously do not stand by their work or value their customers.

The product was exceed only by the professionalism of the technician.He not only did his job, but also showed me some features of my new (used) car. I will be back!

The whole process was very fast and the workers were very nice and professional. The only reason I went was because my normal place was booked for the next 4 days. I will definitely be coming back to Take 5 Oil Change.

First time with Take 5 and it was a great experience. They were quick and very knowledgeable in the field. I was able to stay in the car while they did the oil change and that was great! It was also good to see women working with the company as well and not just all men they were all amazing and knew there stuff.

I Was not in a hurry, but they were fast. Best part is I never had to get out of my car. No oil drips in my driveway and that really makes me happy. Very friendly crew with good manners.

I was told about this place because theyll change your oil with you still sitting in your car & this is really appreciated when you have toddlers that want to get into everything. And theyre also really fast which is also something I really value. Ive been twice & go out of my way to go here for these two things. Would definitely recommend.

3 bays makes service quick, but I still had to wait 10 minutes or so upon arriving. No fault of theirs, as all the employees were busy working. Price for our oil change was $60 for synthetic. There were other options above and below this price. Very friendly service and they worked quickly.

We received a oil change from take 5 shortly after are oil light came on. Steven the manager took care of everything the tow inspection everything.We dont know if it was a fault in the system or if something was just not right in the previous oil change. But he did take care of us.Grate guy will continue to do business with take 5 and Stevens shop.

More like Take 40 Oil change,I watched 3 other vehicles leave before I got in the bay. Finally, a CSR had car in next lane to back up and get me serviced. The truck halting the lane in front of me got one of everything they sell & install.

Been here multiple times. They ARE PRICEY! ... but youre paying for the fast service, right? Well today wasnt take five, it was take 45. Everyone was nice as always but there wasnt staff so I literally sat in lane 3 for over 15 minutes before someone had the chance to even start pouring me in the computer. For what you charge people you can afford to pay the staff. Im a small business owner thats always running so sitting around waiting for an oil change I could do anywhere, I chose here for the speed but today I dont feel that the premium price I paid was fitting. Yesterday there was 3 cars waiting in each lane so take5 wasnt happening either. I dont know if Ill pay this again, if Im going to have to wait and be late to a client appointment I mine as well just go somewhere else and save some money. Not thrilled.

Colby is an outstanding manager very hands on and his crew is amazing too, I didn’t know how to take my survey i called the shop and came back and he showed me how. Very highly recommend these guys and ladies!!

Service was quick and easy. People were nice. However when I got home and raised the hood. My air filter box was not lached In all the provided spots, and there was oil all over the engine cover and down the side of the engine. Used them 3 times now and will continue unless this happens again. Only 2 strike with me.

Was asked to comeback in 30-45 mins but they weren’t sure if that would even be enough time. It was 6:30P, they close at 8P. Initially I thought this was a bs story—- I’m not going to lie.But came back like they’d asked and they were good-to-go. Even apologized for the earlier issue.As we went along, the guys were courteous and professional.-They even showed me options on my vehicle that I wasn’t even aware of; very knowledgeable.-They were sure to explain things regarding my product warranties as to keep my aware before my next visit.-They didn’t ever try to up-sell me or talk-over-my-head.-Also, they all seemed to enjoy themselves the entire time (it’s July. Hot hot July) so I could tell the work culture was an encouraging place.-The more seasoned technicians mentored the more younger guys during the process, but did it in a way to keep the younger guys engaged with the process and not belittling. I was very happy to see they were all having a good time but task focused as well—-I had no worries about anything getting missed.-Also, they really appreciate armed forces veterans and made sure to ask so that they could apply my discount. One technician himself is actually a veteran (Navy I believe he said).Anyway, just figured I’d mention the great experience that I had on my 3rd visit here and take my time to write a review given it’s the least I could do to show these guys my tremendous gratitude.Competent, hard-working, courteous staff. Can’t say enough about the effort those guys showed.Thanks again! Will return.

Been using Take 5 in Mauldin for awhile now, but they took their customer service to the next level with my most recent visit. A day after receiving my oil change, my skid plate fell down leaving me in an obviously tough situation. I called the store to explain what happened and Christian was extremely helpful and stayed a little past closing time to wait for me to get my vehicle up there to get my skid plate placed back on safely and securely. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The 2 men working, Derek and Thomas were very efficient. There were 3 places for cars which were full. Also counting myself before I got in to the garage, 6 more cars waiting. These 2 men both apologized several times for the wait. They also both had a smile on their faces and never appeared to feel overwhelmed with everything. You have 2 very professional men working for you and they are the reason that I will come back.

Nice friendly people, and I was also asked if I needed a water. This is a great place to go get a oil change! I also go to the one in Boiling Springs SC and its amazing as well!

Ive been using Take 5 since they opened in Mauldin but today I was blown away with the service. Thomas was very informative and even checked my cabin air filter. He suggested the perfect oil change for my vehicle and also suggested new windshield wipers. (I always forget I need new wipers until it rains). Very pleased with his genuine customer service.

These guys consistently provide excellent customer service, but this is now the second time they have overfilled my engine. This has now caused additional issues with my car.I dont want to stop using their service, but overfilling the engine id an oil-change-101 mistake, and worse when its made more than once. Cmon guys.

All the technicians/mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. Im happy that I decided to try them out. They will also top off your other fluids and put air in your tires if needed. Great thing about it is you never have to leave your automobile. I love these guys.

Now I see why this place has so many five-star reviews. The service is perfect. The employees were great, that includes the manager and the technician doing the service. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. This saved me so much time and headache. They changed my oil, the oil filter, topped off coolant, topped off wiper fluid, checked and balanced air pressure and all four tires. When everything was said and done George our technician came around to the window with a dipstick to show me the oil level had been filled properly. That is the first time Ive ever had any place do that. My truck is extremely happy now and so am I. I will definitely be back for all future oil changes and services.

The service techs were very friendly knowledgeable they got the job done in a hurry, however I am a new model diesel truck owner. They did not have the synthetic blend in stock at the time that I got my oil changed however the owner contacted me the day after and offered to swap the oil out the conventional 15/40 for the synthetic blend. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone

Very easy, very nice, and very quick. They asked me about my wiper blades, I asked them to check them. They could have said they were bad to get an extra sale. The guy said they were good and did not need changing.

Fast and efficient, the mechanics were courteous and I love the positive vibe that the whole place has. I appreciate the extended hours of operation. For those of us who work 6a to 6p your late hours make it possible to zip in and get it done! Routine maintenance becomes a quick detour on the way home from work instead of yet another chore for the little time I have on my days off!

Miguel was very sweet and helpful. He even offered drinks for my two boys sitting in the back. He was very professional and friendly even though we had a little mishap because my dipstick was apparently broken. He was able to get it unstuck which looked tricky and I was able to go down the street, get a new one and he changed the oil. I was happy to get 50% off as a healthcare worker but regular price it’s pretty high for a standard oil change. But Miguel was awesome!
