Went as a walk-in and was greeted upon entering. Took back to the pedicure chairs as quickly. Super nice when she was actually talking to me but was talking on her earbuds 95% of the visit. Decent prices but I did wonder why the mens pedicure cost more than the womens did. Id go back again.

Went there got my nails done by a gentleman the owner was not there, he charged me $42 for this gel set! Mind you these are my real nails!! When I arrived I had dip powder on my natural nails & they were little bit longer . I asked him to cut the nails down . During my appointment I let him know what I wanted I told him originally I had dip but then I ended up getting gel with overlay. Previously the owner did my nails with the dip and did not charge me nearly as much!!! These are my natural nails/ needing a fill-in... The price charged is upsetting!! Thats all.

Kathy and two of the other really nice technicians did a beautiful job on my eyebrows and nails. They were so pleasant. On one trip, my card had a malfunction and it just would not turn on. I was so embarrassed because I could not make my payment at that moment. One of the gentlemen there, the owner perhaps, he said for me to pay the next time I visited the establishment. I was in shock. I was able to get my card to work and I paid my tab before leaving. I was treated with respect and my nails were so gorgeous. This is a beautiful shop with even more beautiful people.

The best pedicure I ever got! The best and sweetest people! My niece and nephew were hungry waiting on us and they even let us bring in food for them (Even though it’s not allowed for obvious reasons) . Loved everything!

The Owner has a wonderful sense of humor, very polite and courteous. He also does nails extremely well!!Ms. Kim is my favorite for pedicures. Sometimes I have ingrown toenails and she is gentle yet effective.

Very clean! Mrs. Tina did a great job on my nails. She took her get time to actually sculpt my nails, not just rush thru the process! Definitely will be going back to see her and, to get a pedi! Prices are reasonable! I also like the music playing in the background. It made it very comfortable

The workers are very sweet and do amazing at their job. They take their time to satisfy what you ask for. They try their best to attend you as fast as they can. I have gone to many nail salons but none of them compare to Top Nails. They are very respectful when there are impatient customers. Top Nails follows all of the safety precautions of Covid 19. I have recommended many friends and they all love it. It is definitely a 10/10 experience.

I tried all the nail salons in Mauldin but none of them were good, until I found top nails. They are AMAZING. I went there for the first time and everybody had their mask on, and followed the safety rules. I felt very safe there because they were all kind and they were good at making conversations. Ryan and Tina are so kind and They make me feel welcomed. My nails were fantastic! It was very detailed and it is very durable. I would definitely say this is the best nail salon I have ever been to.

I brought in a picture and asked if they could do it, they said yes but in a different color which I was fine with. It ended up being a totally different design and the stickers weren’t even put on right and are lifted off my nail.

Very disappointed in my nail job. It was a rush job and they had to redo them my nails suffered due to excessive use of the sanding down my nail beds. All this time it took me to grow my nails they are ruined gel nail polish remover please

Me and my best friend came here last night for the first time and it was amazing! They really took their time on our hands and feet. The workers were very nice and very one on one with you. I have been to a lot of nail places but this one by far is my favorite one!! We will DEFINITELY be coming back!! The prices are also very cheap. They really make sure you get your moneys worth! AMAZING!!! I got my nails done here and they were sooo pretty! The staff had so many designs that I couldn’t even choose!! I chose the Chanel one, obviously. It was very clean, and the staff were following the safety rules and they were so kind! Go there everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!

LAST TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Ive been here multiple times and it is a hit and miss with services. Appointment made ahead of time and you still have to wait. No relationship established with the workers because they seem to change all the time. Against my better judgment I decided to go recently and even though safety precaution signs for Covid-19 are posted and the workers wear masks it is not practiced safely- does not sanitize areas between customers, nor wash hands when changing gloves and wear mask incorrectly. My cuticles were cut and drew small amount of blood during the shaping of the nail. Therefore this will be my LAST time getting acrylic EVER..Id rather maintain my natural nails and invest money elsewhere. Go at your discretion!!!!

I went in for a pedicure because my mom got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I don’t usually use this salon, BUT I will start using it as my new salon now! I was very pleased with all of my services, and Ryan made me feel welcome and took great care of me! Best pedicure I’ve got in a very long time! Prices are fair and decent also. I can’t wait to go back next week to try their dip powder, many more colors than my normal salon also.

The girl was nice and did a good job on my nails. But.... I only went in there to get a polish change. I was charged 28.00.😳 There were 2 employees sleeping in the chairs, 1 asleep on a massage table and one employee picking at her feet next to the pedicure chair. Then the girl doing my nails began randomly cutting her own finger nails right in front of me. 🤢 Not the experience I was looking for, nor paying for. I wont be back.

This is the most incredible shop! A real Gem tucked away just inside of little Mauldin. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Ryan and Annie were a delight. My pink and white full set was Flawless and my pedicure was every bit of relaxing. I will continue to come back time and time again for their personalized customer service. I always book an appointment, it helps the shop.

Went here today for the first time, around 4:20 pm. Okay love love love! These girls are AMAZING! They did such a good job with my acrylics. They have tons of gel color selections and designs. Well worth it! This is where Ill come every time now!

I was disapppinted. Had a pedicure and manicure and wasnt happy with either. The manicurist skipped 2 pivotal steps and the woman who did my pedicure made me pay $5.00 extra to do a common part of a pedicure. Wont be going back. Still looking for a good salon.

I went up there last tuesday and within a week 5 of my nails had broken off. I came back today and Ryan the owner was just lovely. He replaced all my nails for free. He is a great nail tech and owner. Best nail salon I have been to.

Great atmosphere nail techs friendly

The worst experience ever at a nail salon the lady was very rude I wanted to get a pink and white fill in and she said she would not do it because the color didn’t match. She started speaking in a foreign language and rolling her eyes and said that she would charge me full price or she didn’t have to do it. I’ve never been treated like that in a nail salon before

I came in around 7:30pm and was very well taken care of. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure. The nail technician was very personal and did a wonderful job. I can honestly say this is probably one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. Ill definitely be returning.

Today I had my powder dip nails removed and had a manicure with regular polish done with Kim. Her service was excellent! She took her time on polishing away the damage done to my nails from the powder. She did not rush at all during my manicure and painting my nails. This is my new place to go to and I will always ask for Kim!

Ive been searching all over for a good nail salon and I found out Top Nails. Its GREAT working environment. I have called them twenty minutes before and they said I could come in. One of the ladies there did a horrible job on my nails Saturday. They were kind of busy and the entire time she was doing them she kept looking around and talking to people instead of paying attention to what she was doing. A couple of my nails have no acrylic whatsoever on the sides, theyre crooked and some are longer than the others. I definitely will never go back there.

I came in for a pedicure and feel like they were trying to burn the skin off my feet the entire time. The water was scalding hot and when it was time for the paraffin wax I actually had to stop her it was so hot. She was incredibly rough and laughed when I told her the wax was too hot.I came with my sisters and both of them had an ok experience but I would never come back.

Horrible experience. No respect for time and poor quality of work. I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs.

Had a relaxing pedicure and nails done today. Great service provided by Ryan, Tina and staff. The shop is clean, as usual. All safety guidelines are being followed as required by DHEC: temperature taken, face mask required, and forms completed before any services are started, etc. By appointment to keep people from waiting around. They care about their clients.

I went with my mother in law we did a pedicure and a refill however the lady that did my nails was terrible she was in a bad mood it seemed like was pulling my hand to do the refill so my hand was closer to her and then she cut my nails to short and gave me an excuse that she measured the nail length until I put them side by side for her to see that they were uneven and looked terrible. Then when I was doing my toes I had to tell the lady to clean under my nail because she wasn’t going to do it. When I told her why she is charging me the full amount if she messed up my nail she said because she said she could make it longer with a terrible attitude it’s like they were all in a hurry to get us out of there

1st time here. Walk in for 2 pedicures. Not impressed with the service not the polish applied. I had to ask the nail tech to clean up the polish on my skin and to lotion my feet. My husband agreed that his pedi was not that good. We are new to Mauldin so, well most def be seeking another nail location.

Worst pedicure ever, when I said something to owner I was verbally attacked by her husband, I was humiliated and embarrassed by how loud the owners husband was, other ladies that were there said my pedicure and paint job was terrible also, leaving the shop people were outside telling me I should call the police, because they heard him yelling at me from outside

My expierience was horrible. Nice remodel but the employees were terrible. A woman greeted me, i asked for a beverage and she asked what I would like. I told her, she walked away and never came back. Then a gentleman said he was doing my nails. He did a terrible job. I was there for almost 3 hours in total. Please dont waste your time and money on this business. But if you dont believe me, try it for yourself, just a warning!

These people are money hungry and greedy! My daughter has been going here for 2 years to get her eye brows waxed. The owner instructed another technician to do my daughters eyebrows. The owners wife normally does her eye brows. When my daughter went on Thursday 2-7-19 she was informed the wife was out .( due to being pregnant). My daughter told the owner Ryan she did not feel comfortable with the other tech doing her eyes. He said his wife would not be returning for awhile. He then started speaking with the other technician in their native language. They went back and forth. My daughter said she can tell from the back and forth that the technician felt some kind of way because she didn’t want her to do her eyebrows and was then saying no. The owner then told my daughter I can do your eyebrows and proceeed to the back where she was already sitting and proceeded to do them.When I say he jacked her eyebrows up! He jacked them up! When she got home I called up there. I told him if he knew this was not his expertise, he should not have attempted to do them! He said his wife can come in the next day to fix them.I returned the next day with my daughter. My daughter changed her mind about letting the wife try to repair the damage. She said she wanted them to grow back out before rewaxing them.The owners wife then said “I fix for you”.. My daughter said no that’s ok, I’ll just take my refund. The wife got upset and then told my daughter “I not do you eyebrows no more.. don’t come back no more”.Really ??? After her husband messed my daughter eyebrows up and my daughter came home upset and crying and just wanted to wait til they grew back in before letting them rewax them, you tell her not to come back no more. That’s just plain old greedy! Money hungry and everyone needs to know how you treat your customers. Not to worry, she won’t be going back any more!!!
