Rushed is how I felt! While there was only a whopping 2 customers in the shop.. I hate to have my nails serviced during my pedicure 😒. Im trying to relax... not twist and turn in a manor thats uncomfortable for me, Because you want to multi task. My nails and toes are no more than ok. I was also given some used disposable flip flops after my pedi!!! Major turn off😷

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE ATTITUDE WHEN ASKED FOR SERVICES TO BE DONE SAFELY AND CORRECT ACCORDING TO SC STATE BOARD REGULATIONS. She had ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM ABOUT HER. I wish there was a RATING FOR ZERO .Very unfortunate that she would even take the time to say that Im less than human, for asking for services to be DONE CORRECTLY. 90% of your clients are African American, and you choose to downgrade someone for wanting services DONE both SAFELY AND CORRECT ACCORDING TO SC STATE BOARD REGULATIONS.

Do not go here. Walked in to ripped seats & broken chairs. I thought it may be Covid related (littler income) so I decided to stay. The service was so unprofessional that i asked them to stop. When washing my hands there was dirty everywhere & food in the sink. No Good!

My left hand was painted better than my right hand. 2 different guys worked on my nails. The one that did the acrylic did alright but the guy that painted them was AWFUL. Definitely will NOT return here. Im so upset. Waste of my time and money.

They do a good job with the new management. I only gave 4 stars because they could be more cautious with the Covid 19 virus. The should at least tell people to wash their hands when they come in. Only thing they require is to wear a mask. And could be a little more tidier with cleanliness. I see seen a few things out of place that the customer shouldnt see. But I think the new management is much better than the last one.

Went in a couple of days ago to get my daughters nails done and we both left saying we will come back here every time! The new owners were both so sweet! And my daughters nails look great ❤

Everything about this place is perfect. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and they’ll probably make you laugh! Very personable... my go to nail salon in all Greenville. Never a bad experience.

My nail/toe design is truly unique, and whenever I had to go to a different salon in Ivys absence....NO ONE else has been able or willing to duplicate the design due to its complexity & originality. She is kind, gentle & most importantly...GIFTED! Im grateful to have her. ❣😍❣

Alex did a wonderful job on my daughters nails. He took his time and made sure everything was pretty. The dip powder is great for people who want to wear and protect their real nails. This is definitely my new nail spot!!!!!

So I asked my friend where did she get her acrylic nails done cause I wanted to get my acrylic nails done! And she said fancy nails and I asked if it was good she said no they were horrible. And I said why and she showed me her nails they were all cricket not straight and and she didn’t have the shape that she wanted! So then she said I recommend Castle nails and spa and I said okay I will got there. So know I have an appointment with Kelly on Friday. I’m so glad I Decided not to go here but if you like this please go ahead trust my friends instincts and go to Castle spa nails and will eat it right but if you like it go head!😊

Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Came out with— on one foot nails were shorter than the other foot plus one of my toenails was noticeably crooked. Manicure was done fine except when it came down to the gel polish it was half done not painted all the way to each side of all the nails. Intead of the woman finishing my nails she went and started on a man’s pedicure and never came back to me. To the point my hands were burning under the UV lights. A man doing another lady’s nails had to stop and finish my polish that was already half done. And it wasn’t even busy!! This was so unacceptable! Now I’m stuck with half done polished nails and uneven and crooked toenails! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Went in to get a Fathers Day pedicure. I called ahead of time and asked how much for a pedicure for a male the gentleman to me $25, when I get there they told me it would be $30. I asked why when I was told on the phone it would be $25. Then they get an attitude and tell me it will be $25 today but next time it will be $30. For me it wont be a next time.

The experience at this so called nail salon was the worst in all my years of getting nail services! DO NOT GO FOR ANY REASON. EVEN IF YOU WERE JUST DYING TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE SOMEWHERE (WHICH IS A BIG MISTAKE IN AND OF ITSELF), DO NOT GO! Of course they didnt understand what I wanted at all, which was basic (3d flowers on my gel nails), and they were so rude and unethical when they made mistakes. I actually had to call the police because they wanted me to pay for full price for their disrespect which I was not going to do. If I could burn this place down to the ground, I would! The absolute worst, and what is worse was that it was a complete waste of nearly 4 hours of my life!!! Yes, it took forever. They ought to be ashamed to even be in business. They shame other great nail technicians out there. Every person that worked there, the man Bennie, the so called owner, and the lady with the twitch that just repeated herself over and over and was so rude to me, all need to go straight to you know where!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my nails done on monday and by wed, 6 off them had fallen off!! they put me with a nail tech that had Noo idea how to do nails, than another tech fixed them when i went back they wanted me to pay full price!!! 🤬🤬🤬 i refused she said its bc u wash ur hands! i wear nails all the time and ive never has an issue like this! i do not recommend this place and i am not coming back she also told me if u want to come back you can if not i dont care there are other clients and nail places you can go!

This place just cut wifes hand deep and then lied about it. When i came up the and requested a refund they tried to say no and threatened to call the authorities so i called them instead. Long story short there is a civil lawsuit thats happening so this unclean, rude, unprofessional, full of liars establishment will never do this this to anyone else and hopefully shut down

This was the worst experience of my entire life concerning nails! The man who did my sisters nails cut only one stiletto nail before he added the acrylic & tried to cut the rest of the nails after he added the acrylic, which was wrong! She called him out on it & the owner said she would not finish her nails & that she would not put my, yes my, gel polish on! I said that’s fine I’ll leave! I paid for my pedicure and manicure and her pedicure and I left! The man was rude the entire time! I left with no polish on my nails & she left with a full set of unshaped or filed nails, all except for 1 nail was left undone and no polish for her either! Terrible customer service due to his own mistake!

This place closes at 8 pm. So I walk in at 715 pm to get a mani and pedi only to wait for 3 minutes before being told that they can do my pedicure and ill need to come back another day for the manicure. There were only 2 customers in the shop and 1 of them was being serviced. This is my 1st and last time visiting here. You should not be falsely advertising that you are open until 8 if you cannot or refuse to provide services to walk~ins.

Got my lashes done and kinda thought that one side was thicker than the other, when i brought it to her attention she said it looked that way because one of my eyes are bigger than the other and my skin was too white!! Now they are falling off but she packed so much glue that my real lashes are falling off with them even tho i have steamed and applied oil to loosen the glue. Deserves 0 stars

Walked into the empty nail at 9:10am needing a fill-in. The lady sitting at the desk asked what I needed, of course, I said a fill-in. She immediately shakes her head and ask me to come back in an hour!!! Dont open at 9am if youre not willing till work till 10:30am.....absolutely appalling business practices!!!

I went for a lip and chin hair removal. Lady that assisted scarred my face unsure if it was with the wax removal pads or what then applied a thick grease to my whole face and neck advising it was to protect my face with outside cool air. At this point I could see red blemish and immediately started to remove this grease assuming it was some type of allergic reaction. I wake up today to see those red areas now appear to be carpet/gym burns. When I go back to location for resolve no manager whos on vacation as well as undetermine when he will be back. Lesson learned

I am an RN nurse, and was an LNT (nail tech) this salon is sub-par, the 1st time i went they were chain smoking in there and chased me to my car to convince me to stay, the 2nd time I went for a simple french polish only. Grandma came out (sweet as she was) the implements/tools looked dirty, with nail clippings in the bin, i figured it was only a polish- but then she (as asians love to do is file your nails into pointy weapons) she tore the whole side of my finger- Im pretty tough but it burnt- I never pulled my hand so abruptly away as I did then. She finished and went straight to another womans TOES. So these people (as most places) dont get the concept of cross contamination. I will be looking for american- english speaking people. FYI- these little purple lighted betty crocker ovens DO NOT STERILIZE- they simply keep the germ level down AFTER scrubbing and soaking an item. I havnt found a clean place yet. They yes you to death and lie through their teeth. They all should also have 2 bins, one clean from the sterilizer, and a dirty one AFTER they are done with your tools. GROSS. Also- many salons always have fruit-flies from their religious shrines, and most are NOT LICENSED TO WAX- they are not cosmetologists, ask for a cosmetology license. Also- good luck getting them to divulge their correct name- many work under the same license name and number- they are all named Ngyuen.

First of all they had my friend sitting in actone for three hours thats ridiculous its self, sec of all they are disrespectful speaking there laungage bad mouthing my friend I had a translator out on my iPhone so I could know what they was saying I was in dis belief . But we kept it professional got eyebrows done the lady compellty half did her so i asked for half my money because she did a half ass job . I had to call police behind this matter ! This place needs to be closed . Never go here unless its the only shop in town .

My nails were so sore for 1 week I had to soak them in peroxide, 3 cuticles knicked, 1 cuticle bled and was so sore I could barely type at work. I thanked them for accepting me 20 min before closing for a full gel powder set with a $10 tip (they remarked with surprise), but I didnt know this would cost me a rough and rush job by the gentleman. Furthermore, its not neat, few nails lifted after 2 days. I will never return.
