They always have the odd ball stuff I need
I have to give them one star because the program is set up that way, My experience was very very unpleasant. After speaking with the sales rep I went to the store and purchased the bike we discussed, After getting the bike delivered to my home I was only able to ride it for approximately 30 minutes before it started leaking oil, of course I call the store, The manager Eric sent me a oil change kit in the mail and told me to change the oil myself Because it was never done at the facility. Then he went on to explain to me the Tech that certified my bike was fired for not doing his job? My question was why would you sell me a bike without having another technician go over it? After that conversation Eric stopped taking my calls so I decided to take my bite to a local bike shop and have been inspected and had the oil changed, So my son and I push the bike into the garage and waited until my schedule appointment, a while pushing the bike until the garage of the foot pig fell off thank God it didnt happen while I was riding. So after receiving the report on the bike Turns out the oil was well past its life, I have 20% break Pat on the front, I need to have the rear rotors replaced and I have 15% brake pad on the rear of the bike. Although the experience was awful and Ill never step foot net place again, the salesman rich hats off to a fine gentleman in a undesirable environment.
