AAA auto insurance..there the best.ive been get car insurance from them in years. 2005 car and my insurance is $39.78 a month..you got to love that

There online classes are terrible . can never even do them because of how much trouble there is to get into it.and they never answer calls or emails.

Great people just takes for ever. And now with covid its takes Minimum of 45 minutes just to get inside which isnt anyones fault but still stinks

Iv tried to email on different occasions plus call. One was for aaa driving school. They say they dont have, yet the car, student, and instructor were at the North Canton bmv. Smh. Second contact, I cant renew my aaa membership online. No response. Im so flustered. I know its still covid time but it shouldnt affect the quality of customer service.

Very nice and warm reception from staff. Professional people. Dealing with the public everyday like that all day long God bless these workers for what they charge for license plates I think they deserve a raise. Thank you

My daughter just completed drivers training at this location, she thought the instructors were great. Even though she is 18, she still wanted her paperwork. When we went in to retrieve it on 11/27/17 at around 4:40 the greeter was nice, however, one lady was quite rude. When my daughter talked about it after we left she thought it was unnecessary. I realize its the end of the day but all of this was discussed earlier with another lady so there should have not been a problem. Yes, my daughter does not absolutely need the paperwork but it can be given to the insurance company to lower our rates. We dont want to pay more if we dont have to. Regardless, a certificate made of paper is the least my daughter can get for completing driving school,
