We called 2 weeks ago to have someone come repair a washer and fridge, they give us a date of 6-24-21. They call the day before and say someone will be there between 8a and 5p 9hrs! Ok well we waited all day I had to go to work she had called off worm for this and 5p comes around and nobody showed up she called and the person on the phone says “oh it looks like it needs rescheduled, he must have had too much to complete. She’s like I can do an emergency appointment and see when I can get someone out there”

Polite, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, everything you would like to have on a service call.

Cant get a human on the phone to try to get a repair, its constant if calling about X press Y, and requesting a phone number for an account I dont have yet.

The price for their repairs are far more than a local repair man. Would not recommend.

Repairman arrived on schedule. He was courteous and efficient. Analyzed the problem and had required parts on truck so repair was completed in one visit. Great job!

My recent lawn tractor service call was the third time John provided the service for me. John is a great representative for Sears Tractor Repair; he appeared at the time stated and provided the repairs needed. Blower worked fine day of but when temperature dropped idle is running badly - spiratic idle does not run smooth
