I hired precision builders to build my dream home. It was a complete disaster. Vinnie the owner was totally unreliable and dishonest. I would pay him and he would not pay his subcontractors. They were constantly calling me to get paid. It was both unethical and embarrassing.To build an entire house he would send one worker at a time and usually for half a day. Our family was completely stressed by his behavior during the project and the experience was beyond miserable. I finally had no choice but to part ways and finish the job without him. I cannot believe that he is actually showcasing my house (the beautiful French tudor with a turret -that is still leaking) Located in Massapequa on his website, with both still photos and video. Hired these guys to remodel my kitchen. The kitchen and craftsmanship came out 5 stars, however the project took a couple weeks longer than we projected, which is rough when youre not able to use your kitchen. If the job ran on time, this would be a 5 star review.

I hired Precision Builders to renovate my house inside and out in Roslyn. We remodeled our kitchen, added two bathrooms and refinished the floors. We also added a new roof, siding and replaced the windows. Would recommend to all!

I had a great experience using their services. My friend recommended me their services and I am very glad with the outcome. Our home now is big, clean and has a open floor plan. The kitchen and great room turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The bathrooms spaces now make sense. Everything is organized. I feel like we used every square feet of this house to the best of our ability. The entire process of framing and foundation was fast. Andrew was always easy to get a hold of. He even offered a few suggestions which we appreciated so much. Since he does have more experience and knowledge with these things. Their prices were fairly reasonable. We got cheaper bids but I felt more comfortable with Precision Builders. Great work to say the least. Outstanding experience and again I say I highly recommend using their services.

After I called 3 times, filled an online form and sent a message through social media I received a call back 2 days later and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate . The day of the appointment my wife and I left work early so we can both be home when the contractor arrived but guess what ? No show ! I called 2 times, no answer, 3 days later still waiting . Precision Builders added living space and renovated one of my rental properties in Nassau County. We remodeled the kitchen, added new floors, added a living room and replaced all the doors throughout the house. The job was priced right and these guys know what they’re doing. The job could have been completed a little faster but I guess that’s expected for construction projects with delays. Still would recommend using them.

My family hired Precision Builders last year to add a second story to our home in Rockville Centre and renovate the exterior. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and decided to leave a review. When we first called Precision to get an estimate for the project, a young man named Andrew showed up to our house. He knew exactly what he was talking about and assisted us with design work and recommendations. The project was a 3 month project and finished up right before the winter began. Frank and Jimmy assisted with the management of our project and were easy to get a hold of through the office or their cell phones. We elected to work with Precision because the pricing was fair, they had a lot of references and were recommended from a couple who just had their home remodeled in our neighborhood. Precision Builders was the contractor on the kitchen renovation I just completed. The old cabinets and appliances were removed in record time and the installation of the new cabinets and appliances went flawlessly, The workers were efficient, knowledgeable and careful of not damaging any of the walls etc. They also left the premises extremely clean each day. Ive used Precision Builders for several construction and renovation projects for my home. Started with a bath remodel, then a kitchen remodel, then added a master bedroom suite. Not the cheapest out there but definitely not the most expensive either. Will continue to use for further work if needed.

I contracted with Precision Builders to complete a renovation project on an older house I just bought in Huntington. Precision allowed me to supply my own materials to make the project more cost effective, which some other GCs I spoke with during the bidding process seemed reluctant or unwilling to do. The job ran a couple weeks longer than expected, but the quality was excellent and very happy with the experience.

Got into contract in July 2018 with an estimated end date in November 2018, no project completion date yet. Through out the project Vinny was unresponsive, and hardly showed up on site. He took all money expect money due upon completion and there is at least 50K work remaining. Finally we made a complaint against Precision Builders at Nassau County consumer affairs.

Precision completed some major renovation work on my home in Oyster Bay. The work came out excellent and everything ran according to plan. I only hire contractors that are licensed and insured, so if that is what you are looking for I recommend you give them a call.
