I waited too long to update my bathroom. It was a disaster. We hired Marcel’s on a friend’s recommendation and it was the best decision – ever. It’s almost done and COVID hits!! Jerry and his crew made sure we had a functional bathroom while the world was closed and completed the job as soon as possible. It’s beautiful!! He stayed true to his estimate, left the job site clean each night, and was present every day. He even helped us with an issue that arose a year later; proof that he stands behind his work.

Marcels did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. Everyone on the team from the owner, Jerry, to his contractors were professional and easy to do business with. Jerry takes great pride in his work and excellent care of his customers and it shows in the quality of the work they produce. Jerry is always in contact with you letting you know what is happening and checks in every day when his team is onsite, both on the phone and coming onsite himself. The price he quoted is the price you are paying and if there are any changes due to something you need or something they discover along the way, he is very upfront and fair. His team is polite, courteous, and hard workers and do excellent work. We are very happy with the job they did and work use them again and recommend them to any of our friends who are looking to remodel their kitchen or bath.

I contacted Marcels Kitchen & Bath and within the week, Gerry, the companys President came to my home for a consultation. He was the only contractor I met with because he listened to what I envisioned and didnt try to convince me to do otherwise. His estimate for what we initially discussed was right on target. Being in the middle of a pandemic, he was honest about possible delays in getting the necessary permits and the possible increase in cost of building materials. Just from that initial conversation, I knew Gerry was the right person to trust and oversee the transformation of our very tired 68 year old home. Going forward, he referred us to a gifted architect, who listened to my ideas, drew up the plans and secured the appropriate permits. The conversion of two bedrooms into a master bedroom/bathroom, the renovation of an existing bathroom into a powder room with storage closet and the removal of a wall between my living room and kitchen to create an open concept floorplan. In addition, as the work progressed, Gerry made some suggestions that were well appreciated and I saw some opportunities to add on some additional improvements. This was a Project.But, Gerry and his team addressed the renovation like an fine tuned orchestra, each section knowing when to play their part. Demolition, Beams, walls, tile, flooring, stairs, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. And, to the delight of my husband, hung up drapery rods. In February 2019, Marcels renovated our bathroom. We had peace of mind and we were extremely satisfied. In January 2020, we decided to update our kitchen. We priced around and my husband only wanted Marcels because of the fine workmanship, honesty and communication. The same men came (Alvaro, Erasmo & John) every day. Manny and Jerry did the tile work. My husbands comment every line on the floor is perfectly straight and this is how they all work to perfection. They arrive on time and leave every day with a cleanup. Respectful and kind and they explain what they do and asked for our input. With Joe and Ed in the office, the communication flows. Joe is meticulous and takes pride in his designs in arranging the kitchen cabinets and layout. We highly recommend Marcels mainly because Jerry is on the job daily and satisfaction is from the beginning till the end. Jerry and his staff performed an amazing and seamless job from start to finish. The job was so well planned out and organized that there was no unexpected downtime with the job.
