Ive found Kathy Sprinkle to be caring and compassionate while speaking the truth when walking someone thru some really tough stuff. This practice is inviting, warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend Charis Counseling, and Kathy specifically, to anyone who believes that counseling might be beneficial to them or to one they love. Dealing with trauma isnt easy, but having someone who is experienced, dedicated and empathetic helps to facilitate whatever is necessary. It is life changing.
