Showed up for first appointment, door locked and no one was here. The text message I got confirmed time and place. I never received a phone call saying it was cancelled. Very frustrating.

The front desk is extremely hard to keep ahold of. The constant switch between in person and via phone is hard, especially when in therapy. Some of my calls lasted less than 30 minutes but I was still charged for the hour. Once you’re charged, it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of the front or billing. We have called several times, sent emails, with no answers or replies. The staff is telling us we are owing them money, and we are not paying our bills, yet they have processed the payments almost a month ago. Very hard time. I recommend elsewhere, especially if you’re looking to make progress in therapy or if you’re looking for more advice beyond watching YouTube videos during your session.

Ill give the third star based solely on my long lasting relationship with the practitioner and quality of care I received from her, but the receptionist, who I believe is somehow an administrator, is rude, standoffish and dismissive. I attempted to reconcile a nearly decade long relationship after a six month lapse in insurance, and was met with immediate confrontation and apathy. Needless to say Ill seek treatment elsewhere.

My visits started out fine but the more I would go it seemed the less and the less the lady I was seeing remembered about what I was telling her. Im not sure if I want to go back, I just felt like I wasnt being heard or even remembered.

My 16 year old daughter, loves to talk to Dr. Reikert. She has really helped her with some issues teenagers go through.

Diane is wonderful. Really helpful and supportive.

Staff is friendly. Numerous therapists in one location with varied hours, including evening appointments.

The office management, billing and support is horrendous. No return calls and extremely rude.

I get concerned when trying to make a first appointment and no one answers but an answering machine and never a return phone call. Sounds like they are cutting corners by being short staffed.
