Rude. When installer called ahead, I asked if he had the vaccine. To which he told me that it was between him and his doctor. Point blank.Ultimately it took some doing. Though probably with him knowing that I was going to refuse the service, he did finally tell me that he took the vaccine, which was unconvincing at best as he said it...Calling into Lowes, central office, person in charge of installs said that this particular installer was actually following policy. Repeatedly apologized. But I said I did not want an apology, but rather that their COVID effort is made more right.BOTTOM LINE -- YOU PROBABLY WONT KNOW IF YOUR LOWES HIRED INSTALLER IS VACCINED OR NOT WHEN THEY ENTER THE PROXIMITY OF YOUR HOMES INTERIOR.To me is far more important than any installation. Poor.
Horrible experience at Lowe’s unfortunately. Had my eyes on a display model refrigerator, was told that there’s no holds or delivery on those refrigerators. It was to late to go and rent a truck to purchase the refrigerator so I went back the next morning at 6 when they opened with a truck. The display model refrigerator I had wanted was being held for someone else. Asked the employees what happened to no holds. They said you actually had a two hour hold period, or if you were to buy it late at night you could pick it up in the morning. Employee from the previous night never mentioned that and only wanted me to get a credit card to buy a brand new refrigerator and get it delivered.
This is for the Mason Ohio lowes, we came in the door and a lady was closing the garden doors right after we came in and she said we cant keep those doors open for the customers come through, without a cashier. I said well youre never going to have a customer if you dont have your door open but she locked the doors. Then we go back in and we needed a vanity measured and we asked this guy who was standing back there and he says I work in appliances I had to say I would like to have a measuring tape before he would help us. Sorry but are Wilmington store is a heck of a lot better.
Eric was great. Helped me find a large flat cart and loaded my purchase. Then he helped load it in my car. Lowes is lucky to have such a good associate.

Unorganized, rude and not able to communicate. Bought building materials on line and got the impression that they do not care for you if you buy online.
Just left Lowe’s in Mason. My husband and I spent a good amount of time looking at washers and dryers. Todd was working in this department. He appeared to be be doing paper work at first. Later he appeared to be texting on his cell phone. He never offered assistance or even said hello. Very disappointed.
Ordered a lawn mower. It was suppose to be delivered today (5/5). Was told I was going to get a call the day before to confirm the delivery. Never got a call and ended up having to call myself to see where it was, only to find out my delivery was pushed to Friday. No calls, no notifications, nothing. Great Communication and Great use of my PTO.
Times have changed. The young lady at the paint counter was clearly bothered by my request as it interfered with her texting/cell phone surfing. As a result I was only able to get half of what I wanted/needed. Garden center staff were helpful and very nice. Had to go elsewhere to get the rest of my paint and supplies. Next time Ill just start at that other place.
We went to the Mason Montgomery location to look at kitchen appliances. We spoke to Keith, who was the most helpful and informative person weve ever had. He was patient with us not sure what we wanted and even printed all the information and pricing so we can make the right choice. Thank you, Keith!
After going to 2 other home improvement stores, we went to Lowes and asked Jim about finding a set of locks. He was VERY helpful and willing to explain everything, more than any other store. He was by far the most helpful person we had talked to all day. His customer service was spectacular.
Ordered a stove top it said 6 to 7 days. So I went with that based on the time of delivery. As soon as I place my order they tell me two weeks. Not gonna work for me. I spent two different phone sessions of 45 minutes each just to speak to an associate to cancel. Lowes blows all the way.It’s just ridiculous that you can’t even speak to someone anymore.

This trip was good. Got in, found what I needed, hit the self checkout and was able to leave. As long as I don’t need assistance then this Lowe’s is all good. I hate having to spend 10-20 minutes trying to find an available employee and then them not being able to answer my question. But like I said, this trip was smooth sailing. If you don’t know where something is, look it up online and save yourself the trouble of trying to track down help
We are doing a complete kitchen remodel and worked with Elizabeth W. in custom kitchens. I cant say enough about how wonderful our experience has been working with Elizabeth. We went through many plan revisions prior to finalizing and Elizabeth was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. She has been very easy to work with and has gone above and beyond to help us. We are experiencing delays with our range and when I mentioned it to Elizabeth she jumped right on it and worked to not only get us answers but also committed to following up on the range until it delivers. She is very responsive and has an incredible sense of urgency. She genuinely cared about the success of our project. We are very grateful for all of her help!
Older gentleman in hardware department was having a hard time with tech stuff trying to help. Maybe switch him to an easier department where he doesnt need to confuse himself with the technology that he doesnt understand. Otherwise, he was nice and followed all guidelines
Apparently my husband is expected to load a 115 lb. Grill on his own. Im pregnant and cant lift and the two associates who helped us just shoved us into the section full of boxes and left. They said they had other things to do and couldnt help us load. Well, guess were headed to home depot to give our money to people who actually help customers.
I went in for paint, and the bald associate behind the desk said he couldnt match my quart of paint I brought in. He told me I could match it with the swatches they have. He then said the paint sample needed to be the size of a quarter. I told him he could have open the paint and made a bigger swatch. He said Yea, I could. He acted like he didnt want to help me. He was too busy helping the younger thin lady to be bothered with me. I went across the street and bought some paint.
Bought a $600 dollar table, wouldn’t fit in car in box. Got it home, has massive damage and top cracking. Lowe’s won’t do ANYTHING because THEIR employees discarded the box. I HAVE a receipt too! They told me they cant give me a discount or return it. This is absolutely insane. I won’t be going back to Lowe’s or recommending to anyone.
The person helping me out gave me the wrong information on a product when it would have been easy to verify for them. Cost me a few hundred dollars. This is the second time now which means I am done shopping here. The location is nice the selection is good but the company could help this location out with some employe learning programs. Also there tends to be a lack of people to help you out which makes things a bit more difficult when you need to get items locked up.
I thought it was found a great things for my home projects or my home from appliances to lumber to the gardens items and Ive always enjoyed going there!

Ordered an oven in store And paid for it. Two people said it’s in Stock. One was a manager. A week and a half later, (day before scheduled delivery) we get a call stating the oven wasn’t in stock and they didn’t know when it would be available. We also had sold our oven and had nothing to cook with. Lowe’s did nothing to try to rectify the situation except “sorry it’s no longer in stock.”WILL not be a loyal Lowe’s customer anymore. Home Depot here we come.Customer service rating in my opinion is a FAT ZERO.
Horrible horrible customer service. We have had some issues with ordering doors and needed to talk to a department associate. We haven’t spent hours trying to get ahold of the right person because the employees just transfer you over and over to random lines. Today I got transferred three time and then they just picked up the phone and hung up. Called back asking for the associate and manager by name and they hung up on me again. None of the employees can seem to get the job done. First issue was that the wrong name went on the order even though the woman taking the other was corrected during the process.when there was an issue with the door the name and number was incorrect so no one for an entire day could find out any of our information. I recommend going to a different location. This store is not the one.
I recently visited and had some questions about the Christmas trees. a gentleman helped me and my mother. I didnt catch his name, but I noticed his military veteran ribbons on his vest. He was wonderful! Ive always had great experiences bat Lowes.

Ive continuously had amazing service at this location. Matt in the plumbing department is extremely helpful and the young lady in the paint department whose name I sadly didnt get has helped me tremendously in my home renovations! 10/10 customer service.

I was very disappointed when the customer service representative at Lowe’s would not allow me to do a price match from a Home Depot ad because they said it was not on the shelf at Home Depot. However, it was officially in stock and could be at the store or at my home within three days. To me that is considered in stock. They would not honor the price match even though the website states that it has to be “in stock online” not necessarily in stock in store. The tone and attitude was unprofessional and they acted as if I were trying to dupe them. It appears as though they are not familiar with their own policy.
Usually a 4 to 4 1/2 looked for a male to female supply line after ten minutes ( no one in plumbing to be found) asked service desk for help said shed get someone. After 15 more minutes waiting i went to Home Depot
Lowes customers wear masks. Home Depot has a lot of Trumpsters so we dont go there at all.

I was turned off by the rudeness of a young lady in the paint department, i asked a question and she answered without looking at me with a one word answer..i left immediately . There are 2 more home improvement stores in my area, no need to deal with such aggravation.
Store was clean and the 2 staff I interected with were very helpful. One even walked me to the correct aisle for the product I was looking for.Checkout man was very cordial and engaging. All in all, it was a good experience.

I have gone to three different lowes stores today because they didnt have what I need at the other two stores. I get to this store in Mason and go and look for what I need. When I find it. I press the button for assistance and wait for 10 minutes while no one comes over. Then I have a man come over who works at mason and he has an attitude while helping me. If my time and money isnt worth having a good experience then Ill shop elsewhere. I work in retail myself and I never treat a customer this way so I expect to not be treated this way myself. Im not shopping at this store again.
Very well stocked on various sizes of hand sanitizer. I found disposable masks. The indoor lawn and garden department was so festive with outdoor lighted Halloween decorations.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!I came in (with an appointment) to order carpet which was our 3rd visit because the first time we came to schedule a measurement, the second time we came to pick out carpet (but could not order because the measurements did not consider patterned carpet), and the third to sign the papers after the increased measurement and pay for the carpet (which was suppose to take 10-15 mintues).The third time I was in there, it took 1.5 hours on something where all I needed to do was come in and sign some papers and pay for the carpet. I scheduled an appointment like they asked and everything went smoothly with the order (with the exception the employee forgot to discount the carpet form my earlier visit). When I went to pay, DISASTER struck!The lady could not find the order so I had to go to customer service. I went right to the desk and the customer service rep tried to find the order but could not. I waited patiently as I think the entire Lowes team was involved in finding my order. No one could find it and after an additional hour and fifteen minutes, they found the order and processed it. I asked to talk to the manager on staff (she had reddish hair) and she came to me (annoyed). She was wearing a clear face guard that was simply too small for her face because her mouth was exposed at the bottom. I asked her why she was not wearing a mask and asked her to put a mask on but she said she did not need to because face guards are approved (agree, but when the face guard is too small for your face, maybe you should wear a mask and be considerate to customers who want you to wear one). Anyway, she said the problem was because of an internal IT issue. I asked if there was anything they could do the reimburse me for the time I spent and she said, NO! She said it is all part of placing an order with Lowes.Bottom line, do not visit this location and do not order carpet from here! I only hope the carpet is actually installed to our liking. Super disappointed with this Lowes location.

Horrible experience at this place. I bought a shed for 1600 dollars. The delivery took more than two months. When the shed was delivered, the HOA stoped us from completing the shed. At this point the folks who were installing it, refused to take it down and gave me another date to come and take it down another date for a fee which I agreed. They never showed up. I made several calls to this Lowe’s store in mason Montgomery to get help with this. Getting Someone on the phone is a long journey and never get ahold of the right person. I eventually got a hold of a store manager called Pam. Pam said the best they could do is 25% refund and they can not help with the take down hall away. I agreed. I also hired a handyman to take the shed down and hall it away. Pam never processed the 25% refund she promised. I ended up going to the store to resolve this matter. I met with Pam she said she will speak to her manager ans get back to me. Never received a call back from her. I called again. Every tine I make a follow up call, they claim the manger was out in vacation. Anyhow, now it’s has been twenty days and can not get this matter resolved. Bottom line, the follow up and communication at this place is horrible. Their way handling refunds and sold items is none professional. They will only care if you are to make a purchase but once you paid, you will be dumped. This is at least what I experienced at this Lowe’s store.
Sent my son to get specific trash bags. 39 gallon lawn and leaf bags. 40 in a box for $9.99. You cant get any more specific. He couldnt find them and asked for help. The associate that helped him gave him 33 gallon trash bags. So now I have to go all the way back up there cuz nobody knows the difference between 33 and 39 gallons.
Keith and Todd in appliances were very helpful. I needed a new dishwasher, and they helped me find one still in stock (the factories are closed, due to COVID). They also helped arrange for delivery of some building materials and flooring. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Spent a bunch of time....employees were not engaged in the area We werein...laundry equipment. I did not realize there was a call button at that desk, as it blends in with everything else. I use call buttons in other parts of the store but this one I didnt notice, nor did my wife. They didnt have any of my three choices in stock. Employee found some in stock at a location 4 miles away.

Decently sized store and I have always had excellent service from the staff who seem to care more than most.
Store is always clean and easy to navigate but if you need help, employees are always really helpful and friendly! Prices are good and competative or better than Home Depot and their discount on perennials post bloom can NOT be beat!
Every time I go to Lowes with a online order that they send you the email that is ready for pickup its never ready today two dishwashers waited 45 minutes before I could get them out to my truck to load them not very happy every time I go there on an email order online nothings ever ready I have to wait even though Ive got notification its ready for pickup

We had a great experience with friendly people yesterday. Tommy helped us out with flooring and someone else was also very helpful and gave good advice on countertops. It was one of the better experiences at Lowe’s.

Dont shop here! Ive had terrible experience after terrible experience here from being sold a refrigerator that was used to now opening up a cabinet that is damaged and was clearly used. Opened up the box and the glass is broken then mirror is filthy and there are holes in it. Oh the fridge? It was sold as the panel was broken from factory and refurbished. No, it was actually used and returned! We had to clean the entire inside upon inspection, Lowes employees didnt find that important enough to do or disclose. Very shady experiences twice now, there will not be a third.
I came to buy a digital caliper. It took me 20 mins to find one. I asked for help and it took the guy 10 mins to find it too. Terrible store layout. The price ($37) was over twice what I would pay at Harbor freight tools or Home depot across the street. Im not coming back.

Went to return a couple of items at Lowe’s in mason Ohio. They would not take the returns and would not even issue store credit because it was over 30 days. I explained that I tried to return the item in March but was told the they were not taking returns because of Covid19. Dept manager basically said I was a liar as they had never stopped taking returns. Nice way to treat a customer that spends well over $5k in the store annually. Beware if you buy something at Lowe’s that there is a good chance they won’t take it back. Apparently it doesn’t matter how good a customer you are. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Zero stars. My GE dishwasher which is less than 1 year old has been broken for over two months. It is under warranty and we have been given the run around by Lowes and their shoddy third party repair services. Over the last two months we have had no show repair services, cancellations, break from policy, and no support or customer service from Lowes. Im not sure what the point of a warranty is if they do not honor it. I will never purchase appliances from Lowes again. Their customer services is non existent. The third party repair companies they use are awful. Lowes should evaluate those contracts. Once company claimed they came and fixed our washer when they didnt, they lied to my husband, and lied to Lowes for the reimbursement when they provided zero service.We are going into month 3 with no dishwasher and were just told again by Lowes that their repair company Triple A, has cancelled our appointment for tomorrow.Lowes does not value their customers, and does not honor their warranties. Purchase elsewhere.

Purchased a new washer and dryer for my daughter for Christmas. On the day of delivery (it was already on the truck for delivery) she found out that the new apartment building she was moving to in a couple of months had their own washers and dryers and she would not be able to bring her own. I called Lowes and explained the situation and they refunded my credit card without any problems or restocking fee. Great Store and many thanks for the refund. Needless to say they have all my future business. Thanks Lowes!
Lowes is similar to home depot. Very competitive in pricing. Carry wide selection of hardware and tools for home improvement projects. Associates are friendly and helpful finding stuff. Recommend view online your specific and find the item location( aisle, bay) before store visit . this will make it whole lot easier as the store is pretty substantial.
This store seems to have more products on hand then the Westchester store. Both stores have some helpful people. I had a question on the materials I was getting and the manager made me happy right away. She actually listen to what I had to say. I think she was able to correct some issues before they became too complex.

Ordered and paid for Weber grill on 5/26 with delivery today 6/7. Received a call at 8:30am from delivery driver asking if I had picked up the grill (I had not) because there were no assembled grills for them to deliver. Said he would call back (never did). Called the store and after explaining the issue to 3 people the Asst. Store Manager (Pam) gets on the phone and tells me that they basically sold the grill designated for me to another customer!!! Ineptitude at its finest. Now the delivery is supposedly scheduled for 6/9. Well see, As an aside, she offered to refund my money (I had bought the grill on sale and there is no more sale). Nice way to make money; selling an already paid for and committed item to another customer for full price and not keeping the commitment to the original customer.
Employees removed masks to talk to each other and me in the store. Store policy on no delivery (I offered to pay for delivery) of clearance items was also frustrating.

Ordered a microwave and it was broken. When calling customer service for return was told we have to return in store even though we voiced our concerns with COVID. Employee emphasized how they all wear masks. Just returned microwave and was around employees who had masks over chin.. then Got stuck behind two mask less customers.We just had a baby and have been vigilant in our social distancing and mask wearing. At no point were we offered any other option other than “you have to return it in the store”. If there are other options please make your management and customer service team aware for future situations. Thanks

Very good customer service!! I came in earlier today to look at leaf blowers, but was totally clueless on what was what. Luke saw me looking confused and came to the rescue. A very knowledgeable and kind young man!!! There should be more workers like him.

Customer service here seems to be great, they have a decent amount of staff to assist, and some of them are veterans, you can tell by their attire and badges, I think it is great they recognize them in this way. The associate gave me a few options ranging from the least expensive to the middle of the road, he convinced me to buy a small nail gun, being a diy guy and owning a home, will come in pretty handy in the future, even directed me to their best sales on them.
I liked it. More or less a typical Lowes. Not that busy so it hasnt been upgraded/restyled like some of the stores I have been in in very busy locations (like in southern Florida), but on the other hand pleasant because its not usually crazy busy.The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked with items on the shelves in easy reach. The store was clean and well maintained, plenty of larger items on display in the relevant locations. The parking was ample and easy to navigate, with good access from the road. Handicap parking is accessible and within good distance from the store. Worth the visit if in the area.
