Service is great, nice people. The reason for 3 Star was the prices for the deck floor sander is $20 higher per day than to other rental places.I went for convenience because I buy alot in the store. Consider offering Pro contractors a break on the rental cost or I guess well just look to rent at those other places.

So much for a lifetime warranty on RIGID.All you get is an 800 #Zero stars…

My experience with the tool rental guys at Home Depot was great. They are always help to find the right tools for different jobs and also very affordable. Highly recommended.

I had to rent a blower for a small water problem at our home. The initial blower I rented did not work. Unfortunately, I did not know this because my initial Home Depot associate did not test the blower before I left the store. I attempted to use the blower at home, but it did not work. I returned the blower and requested credit for the rental since I did not have the blower more than two hours (of a 24 hour rental). Nate was more than willing to help me out and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks for your help, Nate!
