This place is great! The coaches are enthusiastic and work on each childs needs. Ive noticed improvements in social interactions, turn taking, physical skills like balance and jumping, teamwork, listening skills, following directions, and rooting for teamates. Theres learning like counting, matching, grouping, anatomy names, and much more. The classes are flexible. They have goals to strive for that are marked with stickers on a poster you take home. Sign up comes with a water bottle and t-shirt. The facilities are very clean and updated. Very child friendly, they offer diapers and wipes in bathrooms. Even a small room for birthday parties and such. Overall has been a great experience!

Great coaches, motivating and positive learning environment, helped my child develop self-esteem and self-confidence, really happy with this exercise program that adds a variety every month to challenge kids mentally and physically ❤️❤️❤️Returned in 2021 after all the COVID-19 mess, my son missed Kidstrong and was excited to be back!!! Still a great program with caring and skilled coaches that really know how to lead kids to be confident and fit.

Highly recommend! The coaches are great! They know the program and know how to challenge the kids so they dont get bored. The program changes monthly and allows kids to be kids.I have seen a lot of progress in my child. I would recommend this over any sport at a young age. It teaches them independence, social skills, sportsmanship, and so much more!!
