OTF, Mason is an excellent place to work out, the coaches are awesome, I take most of my classes with Coach Kate - she is sweet and fantastic, always help me with my forms, pushing us to do our best and also Coach Chase whose classes are highly energetic, he always helps me learn whenever am in his class..And there is no competition, judgement here.. My review will be incomplete without mentioning the sweet S.A’s at the front desk who are always welcoming and smiling.
Not only do I love the workouts and variety at Orange Theory, I always feel supported by the staff, coaches and other members. The communication is incredible and there i always something exciting happening to keep me engaged. There are so many class times to see the from (starting as early as 5am) and I see results and strength all over as a result of the program.I’m competitive with myself and really enjoy following my heart rate throughout class. I also love the variety of treadmill, rowing and strength training. It’s rare to do anything for more than 3 minutes at a time, so the class goes by very quickly and keeps my attention throughout!These classes aren’t just about my fitness. I feel great, drink more water, feel confident, more patient, positive and am making better eating choices as a result of starting my day at OTF Mason!
Great studio in terms of hygiene and friendly staff. Coaches do a great job helping one to maximize one’s cardio and strength building abilities.
Love Everything about OTF Mason! Love the way the days are distributed in power day, strength day, core day so that we get in perfect shape by focusing on overall fitness. Coaches are gems.. Coach Dillon, Coach Bekah, coach Kate, coach Carmen, Coach Justin.. Coach Rob.. Coach Lauren.. I mean they all are rockstars! They all are so nice and always there to help you to achieve your goals..Coming to OTF is now a part of my lifestyle. When I couldnt come in, my day is not complete.

What a fantastic workout! The staff is all super friendly and The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They are able to accommodate to any client to achieve whatever goal they might have. One awesome thing is the trainers are able to modify any workout to meet your needs - so anybody from an elite athlete to someone just beginning would do well in this workout experience. Dillon was extremely helpful at getting me acclimated to the workout and was awesome at running the class! A+ facility and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in Orange Theory.
I like that every class is different so im never bored with the workout, quite the opposite actually. The staff and coaches are great! I feel so welcome every time I walk in the door, its like Im going to visit friends, they genuinely care about their people and want to get to know us and help us with our goals. The classes kick my butt, but I havent had results like this since I was playing sports in high school so it is definitely worth every penny.
It’s a great high energy studio, loved all the coaches and staff. OTF staff is Welcoming, cordial and coaches are the best - great motivators. I definitely felt the change physically, mentally and most importantly self awareness ! Highly recommend.
The workouts are different every time and are very challenging. The coaches are motivating and always push me to reach my personal best. The staff is warm and welcoming and they always greet me with a smile when I walk in. I have been a member for almost 4 months and I’m already seeing significant changes in my body as well as on the scale. For me these workouts have become addicting! Love Orangetheory!!!

High intensity with motivating coaches that push you through even when you think you cannot make a second longer. I love that every workout is different. The coaches get to know you and what you are capable of which means they push you to your limits and beyond. Im a single mom of 3 kids so getting to the gym is not easy. Its great to get an amazing workout in 60 minutes!
On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is sleeping and 10 is a wrestling practice, these workouts are an 8.5 or 9. The coaches are excellent and as they get to know your fitness level, they work to make sure they challenge you more each time. The workouts are scaleable, so even if you’re not in shape you still benefit from pushing yourself at your applicable level. My only complaints are the quality of the heart rate monitor and occasionally unbalanced workouts. I find that on average there are about 5-7 minutes per workout where it loses track of the heart rate. Typically, this occurs while on the rowing machine, but it can strike at any time. Additionally, sometimes the workouts are too unbalanced. For example, on most power days it is an hour straight of high intensity leg exercises, and that’s it. While it is important to workout your legs, too much of anything in a single workout can lead to injury, poor form, bad habits, and an overall ineffective workout. As somebody who also workouts separately outside of class, this can really throw off my own workout routine as well. I would recommend this program to anyone that struggles to get effective workouts by themselves, and doesn’t want to pay for a personal trainer. This is also a good program for those looking to change up their routine, or lose a few pounds for the summer or a special event such as a wedding.
Its a wonderful workout and all the trainers are great. Chase & Rob help you get better by pushing you to levels you didnt know you could achieve! Kelly and Carmen are also enthusiastic about helping you to be the best you can. I love this place and this workout! It is always new and changes every time so that you never see the exact same workout. It is a great mixture of cardio and strength training combined with short burst of power and speed. It is also designed for people of all levels of fitness. The people are great too! Lots of teamwork and dedication. I feel a great sense of accomplishment after every workout, even if Im having a bad day.
I have really enjoyed OT. The workouts vary everyday, making them interesting. It keeps me coming back because I don’t get bored doing the same thing every time. The coaches are really encouraging, they make sure I’m pushing myself to see result, and help me with the right forms. I would definitely recommend!!
The front desk girls were terrible and rude. I was going to switch my home location to mason until I had this experience. Can’t say that I would refer anyone to this location. The instructor was great though. The only thing that would maybe make me go back. Otherwise, I’ll stick to the sweet people at Oakley that have excellent customer service and compassion to grow
I like the variety in each class and never knowing exactly which type of challenging work-out it will be until you arrive. The staff and instructors are wonderful - friendly, professional and encouraging. Try a class - you wont be disappointed!

Highly recommend this gym. The workout is fun, hard and doable for any fitness level. It is a non intimidating place to go and its a gaurantee that you will want to keep coming back. Everyone is SO welcoming - from the front desk staff to the coaches and members. I didnt feel like I was trying to be hit up by a used car salesman to get me in a package today. Its very go at your own pace and here are your options.
My trainer, Rob, is completely awesome! He gives guidance to improve form and push weight limits for multiple people without sacrificing the flow of the class. I always feel like he is encouraging me to give my absolute all.
I like that each workout is different. I like that you continually motivate me to work harder to achieve my goals. I also like that they know all of the customers on a first name basis, and greet you by first name when you walk in or leave.
The entire staff from the front desk to coaches to management are engaging, pleasant, motivating and absolutely awesome to work with! The workouts are challenging and different every time and I leave every session feeling like I accomplished something positive!
I started coming here the end of July and it was the best fitness decision of my life. Nothing ever worked for me, until I found OTF Mason. Im losing weight, gaining muscle and confidence back. The instructors are the BEST EVER! You got this 😊 I would highly recommend giving it a try 💪🏻🍊
I love the high energy that the coaches keep throughout the entire class. And I really like knowing I worked out hard & in the right zone - it provides a personal touch while still having a class atmosphere!
Great intense workout with mix of cardio and weights light to moderate weights. The epitome of metabolic conditioning. The motivational coach and continuous score tracking keeps one motivated throughly the session. Down side is it is a little pricey and the heart rate monitor is proprietary so you have to buy one of theirs and it doesn’t work anywhere else.
It felt personalized and it wasnt over crowded. I was able to challenge myself without thinking the trainer was going to be standing over me yelling. The only thing Id change was the playlist. Less EDM and more hard core music to make you wanna push it!

Orange theory Mason provides a great, hard workout! I am committed to another group workout with friends during the work week, but usually try to squeeze in 1-2 workouts here weekly. It really gives me the all day runners high I used to experience when I ran. I think all of the instructors are great. I usually am here on Sundays, so I often have Breon and he is fun. I am not sure why Chase was called out negatively below. I have only had him a few times, but he is always helpful with correcting my form, and is also very motivating. The only negative thing I can say about OTF Mason is that I wish they had earlier classes on the weekends, as most of my kids activities/sports usually start @ 9 am. Lunch-time classes would also be great. I suggested those times in a survey, and the actually took the time to call me and say they saw my request. That is pretty good customer service.
Im a little biased because I work here, but OTF is awesome. Its an amazing concept, a kick butt workout, and such a positive environment! I love the members and the people I work with. And its such an awesome feeling to see the physical changes from doing the workout 3+ times a week! If you havent tried it yet, you definitely should! See for yourself how awesome OTF Mason is!
I enjoyed the class. It wasnt boring at all. The different exercises that come into play per class keep you on your toes.
OTF has made me somewhat of an exercise addict. Love the positive atmosphere of the classes and the camaraderie of my team mates. The coaches (especially Breon and Chase) are awesome. Some of the most inspiring people I have met.

I have been going to OTF in Mason since October and LOVE it. I am terrible at cardio and was nervous about it, so it took me awhile to join. I wish I had joined earlier. You can definitely go at your pace and yes its a hard workout, but all fitness levels can get a great workout. The instructors are super motivating and helpful and I love how each class is different. Like someone else said, Im not sure why Chase was called out as a bad instructor, because he is actually one of my favorites there. Although, I really havent had a single bad instructor at any of the locations! I always leave class feeling great and never regret taking a class. I highly recommend trying it out.

Excellent studio. Breon, our instructor, is superb! Highly motivating, very energetic. I go to several Orangetheory studios, and Breon is the best instructor I have come across.
Very disappointed in the instructors, especially Chase (he is terrible!). Jermaine and Breon are both really good. The workout is excellent but for the money you spend you want ALL the instructors to be excellent as well.
I like that I can get a good workout that elevates my heart rate disputes my foot injury. For several years after foot surgery it took me a while until I found crossfit that allowed me to have a good safe workout that strengthened my injured foot and muscles.After moving, OTF was really close to where I live and I get the same good workout as crossfit with extra cardio that I **can** do, which helps me lose weight and be healthier.

I started working out at OTF in July. I have struggled over the years finding a workout that I liked and gave up on working out/cross training. Until I found OTF - I truly love OTF and I feel amazing after each class!! The workouts are always different so its never boring!! The owners, staff, and coaches are great!!
Its a great full body workout! Its different everytime so I never get bored, and it pushes me harder than I would on my own.

OTF is my favorite! I was really looking for a challenging place to get a workout and I found it for sure. The quality of workout is definitely worth every penny spent. OTF also has convenient 5:00 a.m. workout sessions which is so hard to find! Rob is the trainer who runs the morning sessions when I go. He is awesome and knows how to push each individual.
