Im not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The man that was there was perfectly kind, he treated us well, got us in and out with no problem.

I’ve used them an many occasions.. there hours change like the wind but are usually pleasant to deal with just not dependable... And have no concern for your urgency they will get to you when they get to you and if you go elsewhere they don’t care. It’s only money and they really don’t need it I guess🤷🏼‍♂️

The guy who works there is extremely unpleasant!!!! Rude and nasty. We actually canceled our reservation with them and picked up at a more pleasant professional location. Uhaul seriously needs to decide if this is the type person they want representing them . If the guy hates his job that much he should consider looking for another line of work. We took our money and went elsewhere.

Gone to this location 3 times . They rarely answer the phone . If a note on the door says they are at lunch and will be back by 1 . Be prepared to sit till 2:15.

I needed to rent a truck. Went in during their business hours and no one was there. Door locked . Waited for half an hour, trief calling. Nothing.

Showed up at 1:30 to rent a U-Haul. Sign on door said lunch, back at 2. Got back at 2 and still no one there. This is a business. Should someone not be there during business hours?

I rented a van and estimated 10 miles for use and the vehicle had a full tank. After using the vehicle and putting about 10miles on it, I went fill up the vehicle. The gas tank said E85 fuel only. I went to 7 different gas stations before I gave up and took the vehicle back at 75% fuel. I was charged for the additional miles and not refueling the vehicle. I explained the issues I had and they refused to waive the fees and told me all there vehicles are unleaded gas. Won’t be using them again.

I get there on Sunday at noon when he is supposed to be open. When I point out he was late the man there gets snarky and says I need to learn how to read a watch. I tell him I need rugs, tie downs, and a dolly. His response was that I should have put that on my reservation, I told him my wife made the reservation and he said I need to grow up, be a man and make the reservation myself next time. This man has absolutely no customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I reserved a uhaul and showed up earlier than planned. The ttwo gentleman got me in and out with no issues. Returning the uhaul was just as easy.

Called ahead and said we were on our way to pick up a hauler. Took 10 minutes to get there and once we got there there was a sign said around back call if you need service. Guy answered and said they were on lunch and would be back in an hour and to wait on them. Wont be back again!

Some people I have come across like the guy I just talked to here is why I hate Tennessee.I dont care what I asked you buddy you dont respond like that.C/S skills need work.No Sale!
