Kathy always does my hair cuts every 12 weeks and she does amazing. I love her. Great customer service, very friendly, and great pricing.

Tiffany was great when I walked in! She knew what I wanted better than I did when explaining it. Her area was clean and cleaned everything when we were finished. I would definitely recommend her.

Kathy and Morgan did a great job tag teaming my Covid-experiment hair back into shape. With Kathy in the lead they spent time and energy making sure it was done right. They were genuine, trustworthy, and experienced. I had a wonderful afternoon being pampered by these ladies and my hair is beautiful! I will be going there whenever I need what they offer.

I was so pleasantly surprised. Great hair cuts at a great price point. They were on time for the appts and very nice given it was the day before school. Will be back for sure.

My daughter had her first hair cut here. She is a little shy with new people but the lady was really nice. It was nice that they gave her a sucker after the haircut. My daughter perked up she heard sucker. Lol. I also liked how they give you a first haircut card with a little piece of hair. It will be going in the scrapbook.

Went in for a trim, lady showed and told me she was going to cut about 2 inches off the back. She ended up cutting about 5-6 inches off instead. She cut it straight across taking maybe 5 minutes total for the whole haircut. Found out later that the cut in the back wasn’t even cut the same length, it was 1inch shorter on one side. Should’ve known it was a horrible cut when she didn’t even offer to let me see the back of my head. Absolutely horrible job, thankfully i got my money back and could spend it getting the cut fixed.

Both my girls have gotten there back to school hair cuts here and they have been so good. Love Holiday Hair.

She worked with my daughters hair that had a huge knot in it. She was very patient with her. We ended up having her hair cut shorter than we wanted but, she did a wonderful job.

While having my hair done I had to listen to the employees making fun of a lady who wanted to come in and have her hair done. They turned her away. While this employee completely disobeyed the mask rules. Why is it okay to make jokes of possible customers when clearly they dont feel like following their own rules!

Kathy has been my go to stylist for over ten years now. She’s been with me through all of my hair changes. I only trust her and she always pulls through with my ideas! The other girls, while they don’t do my hair, are super friendly and sweet! 10/10 would recommend.

This was the first time ever going here and glad to say I will never go back. I was a salon owner for over 6 years and what I got was a very bad hair cut.

My stylist was great. However, the stylist next to me was a part time employee that exhibited incredibly poor taste. She spent my entire two hours complaining about children in her full time job. She described them as smelling like pigs and lucky to keep the little humans alive and and actually used their names.

I love going to Holiday Hair, and Tiffany has earned my repeat business through her talent, personality and her natural leadership. She takes the time to hear my concerns (grays) and has been stepping me out of dark brown box color (10 year habit) into more a more manageable all over color that has depth & tone & I fee beautiful! She is good at maintaining the health of my hair strands as we continue to process the dark out and is really good with thinning out and cutting flattering layers into my thick course wavy head of hair! I like the relaxed environment at Holiday Hair where you get pampered by true professionals while enjoying salon chatter and quality products and fair prices.

During the COVID-19 stay at home order, this was the only place that had an opening for haircuts once businesses began to open. That shouldve been a tip-off. When I arrived I called per their instructions and they let me and my son enter at our appointment time. I immediately noticed this location was dimly lit and very plain, in comparison to every other salon Ive visited. We were seated pretty quickly and our stylists came over. I noticed they were already helping other people which were waiting with product in their hair. I was given a cape but no paper neck strip to prevent hair from going down my shirt. My stylist stopped mid-cut to go back to her prior client to wash out product. A bit unprofessional but the times are a bit different now. Once she came back I pointed out that the blend needed to be shorter which she eventually fixed. After she indicated she was done I pointed out another spot that was sticking out. It was hard to see problems areas with the dim light. I wasnt offered a mirror to see the back. I was charged $38.95 for an adult and child cut. Not astronomical but above most other places. I was asked if I wanted to tip; I agreed and was directed to another machine to swipe my card. After I put in $4.00 for each of the two stylists I was charged $9+change. I asked why taxes were charged on tips and she said, Thats how it is. I was done at this point. Signed and entered my cell number to get a receipt for the tips. Never did receive the receipt. After getting into brighter light, I now own a sub-par haircut. 100% not going back; I dont care if I look as shaggy as Bigfoot, not worth my time or money.

I really like the staff here, they are always friendly. I dislike the fact that they have gone to debit/credit card only. That may keep me from going back.

I have been going here for years because the prices were lower and Joann knows how to cut hair well. I would give her a 5 star and the salon a 2 star. This week I noticed their prices went up and for the appearance of the salon WAY TOO MUCH. Also, prices are NOT posted anywhere. For the amount I paid for a haircut, I will be looking elsewhere.

Always does a great job with my hair.

I was the only customer. I had an eyebrow wax. They took off a layer of skin off under each eye, very painful. They gave me a 50% discount $7.49. I left a tip of $2.50 and they charged me $0.59 to leave a tip. I would NOT recommend this salon.

Finally a stylist that can do my hair just as I like!! Kathy was fantastic and the receptionist was a sweetheart too. Highly recommend!

Had a great exp.i LOVE MY HAIR!!!

Only needed a trim, took 5 minutes to cut my hair. I asked for a fade up and my hair on top was already as short as a #4 clipper, wanted it lower on crown due to cowlick. Got home and after closer inspection, the length was different at the back of my head, I mean really, dont pay that much for a messed up cut. Wont be going back!!

Still cannot cut and style my hair right.

This is the worst place ever. I brought my 4-year-old here and we were able to get in right away. That should have been my first clue. The stylist dry cut his hair and I could have done a better job at home giving him a bowl cut. While we were there, nobody else even came through the door wanting a hair cut. My son was a little nervous and the stylist did not even try to interact with him to get him to calm down. I was doing everything in my power to get him to cooperate. She was very young and not very professional. I will not be back. My hard earned money will be spent at a facility that actually knows what they are doing. Very disappointing.

I went in detailing the haircut that I wanted and had received there before. They gave me the worst haircut I have ever gotten. They also told me that the haircut I wanted wouldn’t look good on me. I would recommend this to no one. I have to go else where to get my hair fixed

Made me sit there for a whole hour to get back to my house and see that it was completely uneven one side was way longer than the other. Will not have my business again.

After checking in online and putting what I wanted done I was deeply disappointed to get there to find out couldnt be done until someone else showed up! Terrible business practice if you ask me. The girl there was very apologetic and felt bad so not blaming her. However, if the owner is going to run a shop and offer services then she should make sure she can cover it or at very least state her stupid rules so not wasting customers time. So while I cant comment on if services are good or not, I would definitely recommend calling before checking in online.

Had an appointment for when they opened. I showed up on time, but the door was locked. I waited 20 minutes after the time they were supposed to be open (and the time of my scheduled appointment) still nobody showed up. My time is more valuable than that. I wont be back.

Was told I had to use their app to get an appointment. I downloaded the app and once I opened it, the app reported I had to call to get an appointment. Called got the appointment, arrived on time and preceded to get the worse haircut I have every had. I used to go to this location before it became Holiday Hair. Stay away....

The cut, style, color was done by a student and I had paid for a stylist. Neither the supervising licenced beautician supervising or the student paid any attention to me, what I wanted. There was no wait and they were polite in ignoring me.

Walk-ins by appointment only? Showed up a little after 9 AM, I was told I couldn’t get a haircut until after 3 PM. Came back at 3.30 PM and no one was in the store. Door unlocked — no one to be seen or heard. Came back 15 minutes later, two stylists sitting in the chairs chatting with each other. I was then told I couldn’t get a hair cut until after 6.30 PM. Horribly managed and staffed. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It was great. They have walk ins and appointments. Gave me a great hair cut.

Went in they said 10-15 minutes turns out that means 45+ minutes after that I left. They are understaffed and very rude. This has happened mutiple times and I have tried to give them multiple chances they failed to do any better. I will be taking my money somewhere else. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless of course you have a spare 4 hours and dont care how insulting their staff is!

I went to this location on a Wednesday morning. There was only one stylist working, but it was ok because I was the only customer. The stylist dry cut my hair, but then charged me for wash, cut and dry. I am not cool with that. The cut is also not great, very choppy and uneven .

Had an appointment at 11:15, it’s noon and still waiting while they “fit” in hair cuts. There is only one person here to do hair. I’m really annoyed and won’t be back after this. Only reason I havnt walked out is cause it’s my daughter birthday and we are her for her.

Two cuts from two different stylist, had great results and a relaxing experience. Maybe on the pricey side (about $20 standard) but its worth it for the expertise.

One person working and would have to wait 3 hours for a cut! Why have Walk ins welcome on your door if you cant handle them? This is the second time this has happened. Disappointing.
