Didn’t seem like they care much, gave me a bad feeling about leaving them my car here . Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get my car fixed. Then I took it in they said to come back tomorrow. Went in the next day to drop it off in the morning. Saw a couple guys that didn’t care much. Had a bad feeling so went back same day to see if my car had moved. Nope! Went in to take my keys back, still sitting on the chairs. Got my keys never will go there again! Punks!

I brought my 92 dodge camper van here, it had a bad idle issue. I voiced my concerns to the front desk when dropping it off. Telling them that there is something wrong with the carburetor. And we are taking a trip to California in it and want to make it there safe. They call me with a quote just under 700$ for a tune up. Told me it will run like a dream! I pick it up same day. Next day it is running worse than when I dropped it off. I take it back to have them check it out and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. It ran better after I picked it up. So my wife and I are on our 10 day camping trip to California. We get about 8 hours down the coast in Oregon. Van completely died and left us stranded. I had it towed to a nearby automotive shop to get us on the road ASAP! Well they tell me I need a new carburetor and catalytic converter. And it going to cost me 2 grand to fix! And parts are 2 weeks out! Being that they are on the coast and not around very much. So we had to cut our trip short and go home and wait for our van to be fixed to drive back down there to pick it up. Hopefully we have better luck with this other shop and our van will actually run like a dream!! And we can make it to another state safely. UPDATE this place is a joke they didn’t even replace the parts they Claim to have done. I paid them 700$+ to tell me it’s okay. Pos. Brent! Yeah you! New air filter new cap and rotor blah blah blah still the same parts from 1992 on there. Other shop fixed my van and it runs great now.

They treat me like I own the place! Great bunch of guys. Highly recommend.They worked on my 7.3 Diesel, my wife’s Passat, daughters Corolla, not to mention a few friends vehicles. All with great outcomes.

I had gone to two different mechanics and both had told me I was going to have to replace my whole transmission and that it would be $7,000 to fix it. I then heard about Mikes Automotive Maintenance. Mikes Automotive Maintenance took a look at my car; it turned out to just be a computer problem and only a $1,200 fix!!! These guys are awesome. I usually do my own repairs but couldnt figiure out my issue so i took my truck to Mikes auto. They got me in the same day and diagnosed the same day. Found out that it was operator error.. (hate when thst happens). No charge to me. I asked them to check my a/c. They serviced it and it works like new. Cant say enough about these guys. Fair price, great customer service time efficient. From now on any issue i have if i cant fix in an hour or less Ill take it to Mikes Auto. Thanks guys for all uour help.

I took my car to this shop yesterday. The price of the repairs was more than the car was worth but they were so informative and reasonable with their estimate as well as compassionate with my situation that I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else in need of car repair. When I am able to afford to get another car, I will definitely be taking it in to this shop for any needed maintenance. This shop has the feel of good, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, community service. I am so glad to know there are still decent businesses such as this one out there.

What I hope for in a business is that they are honest and I need to be able to trust the business. This is how I feel about Mikes Automotive. Fast and reliable service. Dropped off vehicle one day and had estimate of repair by end of the day. The following day, had it all fixed by noon. Superior service with excellent customer service....why would you take your vehicle to any other place?

We had Mike do a Buyers Inspection on a car we were looking at for our daughter and could not be happier with our experience.Not only was he able to fit us in at the last minute, his shop did a very detailed inspection and had it done within just a few hours.Upon completion of the inspection he walked me through what theyd found on the phone and answered all of my questions in detail.He gave us a very honest opinion of the vehicle and a realistic quote for the work that would be needed (and what we could wait on.)It was also a very reasonable cost for the inspection (1 hr labor)I would definitely recommend Mike Automotive for any work that you needed done in the Marysville area and am so happy we found him.Highly recommended!

Car didnt get fixed even after we took it back a second time. They said it was unrelated even though it happened about 10 minutes down the road. Waste of money.

Brought in my vehicle here in July last year (2019) for AC repair. They found a leak on AC. They said they fixed it and had my AC recharged. But for some how within 8months, it doesnt blow cold air no more. My last used AC was around October 2019.

Ive been taking my Honda cars to Mike for about 9 years or so. Work is always excellent, and hes honest. Even when Ive feared the worst when things arent functioning right, hes always honest about what the problem is, even if its an inexpensive fix and only took a couple hours. Ill be continuing to take my vehicles here, top notch service, honest mechanic, and great customer service.

Mike is no longer there...I miss him. As a senior citizen he would quote me a fair price then when I went to pick up my car he would give me a break. such as $25 -50 bucks. that means a lot when you live on a fixed income. No breaks no more. He went out of his way to help me such as passing an emissions test which they had denied me.Mike I know your not dead but your sorely missed.

Every time I go to Mikes Automotive I have full confidence the work will be performed to the highest of standards. I have also found the service to be an excellent value for my dollar vs the other shops I have visited or received a price quote from. Yes, I trust this shop 100%

All my siblings auto were serviced by Mikes Automotive. Nothing beats their honest to goodness Customer relation. The drawback to this shop is you need to leave your car and get it the next day for they are packed! Mondays to Thursdays only! Highly recommended shop!
