Great service and communication. They let me know when they were waiting on parts and I expected it would take longer because of the pandemic. I would give them a 10/10. They did a great job on my car and even check my check engine light before returning my car back. They went above and beyond to make me satisfied.

Took my car for an estimate on Wednesday of last week July 28th called to check on the estimate on Friday the 30th, since I was told I would be getting the estimate in as soon as there person was back. Literally, made an appointment 3 days prior. Showed up to the secretary saying the person that did them was gone. She took many pictures and said someone would get back to me.. However, apparently now Tuesday August 3 and still no estimate. However, now we have the excuse that they are to busy.. Well… I guess my front quarter panel fix was not going to be enough in commission to bother with me. No worries there are plenty of collision places that want my money.. Please beware they definitely pick who will bring in more money and since I was not turning it into insurance since it was something I hit at my house on accident..

These guys did great! The work they did was awesome and they kept me updated throughout the entire process! if anyone is unfortunate enough to be in an accident these guys are who I would recommend to anyone!! Thank you guys so much!!!

The staff were helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the necessary repairs. The quality of the work was second to none. When they discovered additional damages, they dealt with the insurance company without bothering me other than the to let me know that the repairs would require a little more time. Best of all, the work was guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. The prices were competitive with other shops in the area.

ALL the staff is friendly, and personable. Unfortunately, my brand new vehicle was a total loss but they were helpful, informative and sympathetic to my circumstances. The minor cosmetic repairs theyve executed for me in the past on other vehicles have been on point. Highly recommend! You cant go wrong at any of the Gerber Collision locations.

Did an excellent job fixing my companys fleet vehcile and dealing with the insurance company. The job took longer than expected, but I suppose its better to have it done slow and flawlessly than fast and shoddy. Customer service was excellent as well.Might be tough to spot if youre not from the area. Google Maps can get you where you need to be, however.

The manager delivered the car to my home at no extra cost and the front office personnel kept me informed. I would definitely return as we are 100 percent satisfied with our whole experience.

This Gerber collision has done work for us on a vehicle in the past that turned out excellentWhen our daughter was hit by another vehicle we had her car towed here. Unfortunately her vehicle was a total loss and beyond repair. (Looks after an accident can be deceiving). I would absolutely recommend this Gerber Collision for repairs.
